After True Blue did a great job at my house, I asked them out to bid our restaurant, The Keg Steakhouse and Bar in Oro Valley. The General Manager quickly got back to me with a quote, recommendations and other options. The price was fair, so we set up a date just a few days in the future. True Blue was on time and worked swiftly. The tiles looked brand new; as you can imagine, we see a lot of foot traffic in the restaurant. You become accustomed to what the floors look like, I knew they were dirty, but it wasn't until they were clean that you truly realized the impact. I felt like I was walking into a brand new place. The floors looked amazing. Just to make sure we were happy, we looked over the tiles the next day when they returned to clean the carpets. They then hand cleaned a couple little spots that most people would have overlooked. The carpets came out great as well. I noticed that our "Before and After" pictures are posted on Angie's list. If you think they look great, realize that the photos do not do justice to the actual work. Just a few days later we had corporate inspectors into the restaurant. They said the first thing they noticed was how clean the floors looked. Great Job True Blue, and thank you.

True Blue has been a blessing for us. We have managed an apartment complex for 8 years and have used many different companies, never being satisfied for a variety of different reasons. Dwayne is friendly, professional and willing to go the extra mile when it is needed. The complex we manage is older and this creates a unique set of circumstances, red stains and burns are two of our largest problems. True Blue came in and eliminated both of these problems upon arrival. In one unit there were over 30 small burns in the carpet, when Dwayne left you could not find them unless you knew where they were. In addition we have installed ceramic tile in some of our units as we do betterments and improvements. True Blue is able to clean the tile floors, making them look like new as well as the carpet which simplifies our flooring needs when we are getting units ready to go back on the market. We would recommend True Blue for any flooring needs no matter what they are with total confidence that your experience will be as pleasant as ours.

We had True Blue clean our carpets. They arrived on time and didn?t waste energy getting it done in a timely fashion. They moved all the furniture. They used corner protectors where needed and when finished they put Styrofoam blocks under the larger pieces to protect the carpet. The guys were very professional, courteous and pleasant. They did 4 rooms and only charged us $200. Our carpet is over 10 yrs old and had lots of spots, as we have a cat, dog & 8 yr old grand daughter that lives with us. After cleaning, the carpet looked almost new. It was fantastic. This is the best cleaning the carpets have ever had. They even gave us tips to help keep it clean longer. The General Manager arrived promptly at the appointment time. I have WHITE carpet in the living room, stairs, hallway & 4 bedrooms. The carpet had turned BLACK in the high traffic areas & was also pet stained from 2 dogs. One of which could not control his body functions. I never thought the rug could be white again. Having the carpet cleaned was a last ditch effort before I went to the expense on replacing it. My expectations were low - but to my surprise and delight after Dwane finished I had a white carpet again. I could not believe my eyes, the 6 year old carpet, that was BLACK & URINE STAINED was white again. I could not believe my eyes. I had a pet stain resistant spray. In summary my experience with True Blue was excellent ! He arrived on time. He evaluated the condition of the rug and went straight to work. He was polite and the job was done in a short amount of time. In a few weeks I called him back and had Dwane return to do the tile and grout. The $800.00 is the total for all the work done, carpet & tile. Two separate visits. The house is about 3000 sq. feet.
