It went great and fine. He was good. He was very good. I was not thrilled with his work but it was good. I probably would use him again.

The tile a grout job was above average. The air ducts were not not well done at all. I had to have someone else come out and redo them.

They did great. They were on time and did an awesome service. They did more than I asked and expected. I couldn’t ask for more. The work was excellent. My interaction with them was excellent. There was no extra cost.

When we initially purchased this Big Deal we were at a busy point in our lives and not ready to use this. Since then, we began doing some remodeling in our home including drywall work. It was hoped that once the drywall work was done we could get the Ducts cleaned. When I attempted to call the number provided on the Big Deal form numerous times, it would ring a few times then go to busy. I have not been able to get through. At this point, I do not feel that I want to use this company. I prefer to get a refund and take no further actions.

I signed up for a Big Deal offer from these folks for duct cleaning. Told Dwane I needed to wait a bit (weeks) and he said just let him know when we were ready. When I tried to reach him again, I could not. He did not respond to my phone calls, my messages on Angie's List or my emails. When I complained, Angie's List folks could not find him, either. I have requested a refund.

Generally, it went well; it's difficult to know how clean one's vents are after such a service; he did fair to take off tape from two vents...something a discovered a day later. He also seemed much more interested in cleaning my grout than in cleaning the vents. I can't tell much difference in the grout or the cleanliness of the air, but it was a good price for both services.

They never responded and the work was never done.

Dwane was very punctual. Prior to his service, he completely explained how the process worked and how much time it would take. He brought in his equipment, determining which vent to use as access, blocking all the others. And he took care in protecting my furniture. After completing the process, he showed me how much dust and debris had collected on the filter of his machine. It certainly reinforced my decision to have the vent cleaning done, as this home is about 11 years old.

I had purchased a coupon for 1000 sq ft. of tile cleaning and thought I would just do one level of our home that gets a lot of traffic. I ended up having the whole home and the carpets done and I'm glad I did. The kitchen was particularly dirty and I knew that. I thought the living room was ok, but after cleaning it turned out that it wasn't. I thought the kitchen floor looked amazing after the first cleaning, but Dwane wasn't satisfied and went over it again. He was right, it was even brighter after the 2nd pass. My family was amazed that it was the same floor. I would definitely use True Blue again, but next time I won't wait until it gets that bad.

Cleaning grout and tile went fine. Re coloring grout is bad. Sloppy work. Color paint not just on grout but on tile and adjacent carpet. We are trying to clean up the mess but will probably have to have all the paint removed and grout coloring redone.

He was early instead of late coming. His punctuality was great. He was very friendly, very professional. I was really happy and I'm not seeing the dust on all the furniture like it had been. In fact I liked him so much I had him come back and then the tiles and carpet. So he came back the next week and did that. He did great. He even put new cushions on the chairs in the breakfast area and didn't charge much at all. He was very good, very friendly I liked him. In fact on my calendar in six months I have written to have him come back and clean the tile floors and a sofa. He negotiated and was good. He just kept working and working on spots and it was hot and he was sweating. He was real good. Very friendly but professional. He helped my son out with things he was working on.

I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. It was okay. I would say fair. It didn't really make that big of a difference.

Unfortunately, I did not have a positive experience. The man who contacted me after my purchase was friendly and prompt, but it's the quality of work that I am disappointed with. In a nutshell, the grout on my tiled floors still looks dirty. I would say it actually looks worse, because instead of being a uniform color, it is now pretty blotchy. Mostly the color is the same as before it was cleaned, but in some places it did get clean, which actually makes the dirty parts look even more dirty. Very disappointing. My tile isn't even that old -- we built our house less than two years ago and since we don't even wear shoes inside, I didn't think it would be that hard to get the tile back in shape. I do have to say though, that when the provider was here he offered to clean the carpet, which we did. The carpet looks great, and he was able to get out a stain that had been driving me crazy. I am happy with the carpet, just not sure what went wrong with our tile.

They arrived on time and the assistant set up while the owner talked to me proudly showing me his Angie's award. I got out of the way and they removed the vents (they didn't have to remount them as I was planning on having them replaced). Everything seemed to go fine. I paid by check to save him a credit card processing fee. He also quoted me on carpet cleaning and even pitched his assistant for interior house painting then left. Since it was duct cleaning and I am not 8 feet tall and too trusting I didn't do a walk around before paying, my first error. When I was walking to my bedroom I noticed crud on the carpet under the main vent, dirt, paint and bits of sheet rock presumably from removing the vent. I then looked at the floor and furniture under each vent and found the same issue. In addition when the vent in my guest bath was removed a good sized chunk of paint was peeled off as well. This seems an easily avoidable problem with painted on vents, you just use a box cutter and make a cut around the vent before removing it. The fact that whoever did it didn't 'fess up is another issue. I took pictures which I have kept. I didn't want to have anything to do with True Blue after this so I vacuumed up the detritus myself (kept a few pieces) and figured I'd post a poor review later when I had time. Fast forward to 5/21 and it is the night before a dinner party and I decided to turn on the AC to see how much time it took to cool things down (I only moved here last fall and I rarely use AC even in hot weather). I turned on the AC and sat back down to work on my computer. When the AC kicked in I was showered with dirt from the nearby vent. (More pictures). It was after 10PM so this time I went to the company website and used their Contact Form to tell them what happened. I told them to call me after 9AM and that I would be at home until at least 11AM, it is almost 1PM now. I gave an option, they could come and clean up and I would post no review good or bad or do nothing and I would post everywhere I could think of, Angie's, Yelp. Google Review, etc. I was really ticked off. As to using the contact form; when I was consulting with businesses and nonprofits I always told them that IF they chose to provide a method of contact they needed to monitor and RESPOND as quickly as they would to a phone call or phone message otherwise they should not provide it. The contact form is presumably used mostly by people wanting quotes, I.e., new business. Either the message was received and ignored or the company doesn't monitor their own website contacts. Either way it's bad business. Today I checked each floor below a vent and only two have visible crud so clean up would have been easy and quick. With my initial bad experience in mind I chose no to use True Blue when I had my carpets clean (this week so freshly cleaned and then dirtied), I chose the other company I got a quote from for duct cleaning, COIT. There corporate site was just "upgraded" and it has caused problems with contacting the local guy and getting things scheduled this caused a delay. I finally tracked him down and emailed direct and he immediately responded and squeezed me in. Good business one. While cleaning one piece of rather wobbly furniture toppled over the cleaner came right to me and showed me and then even though everything looked fine he called his boss and reported it, his boss waived the cleaning fee. Good business two. I only had Livng, Dining and AZ rooms cleaned when it comes time fore the bedrooms, bath tiles and furniture guess who gets my business?

Fantastic results. Dwane was prompt and professional. He cleaned the tile and grout and the outcome was remarkable. He was very thorough with the job and made the grout look 100% better. He took his time and made sure the results were exactly what he promised. He was prompt with all communications and showed up on time. Very professional. I will use his services again and highly recommend him.

Dwane called promptly after I purchased the offer from Angie's List. We set up the time and date for the cleaning, and he arrived on time and got right to work.

It went great. I signed up for the tile cleaning and I saw they had a deal on carpet cleaning as well. I wanted to wait on the carpets to see the job they did on the tile and basically check True Blue out. They called to tell me they were on their way, they were on time and very professional. Great personalities and took care bringing in their equipment and taking out my furniture. He said he could clean the carpets the same day and gave me a great deal. Really good guys!

They were very prompt. They did a good job. I like them because they did responded in a very short time. They were very willing to do whatever I wanted done in a time frame that was good for me.

The service went real well. I watched him work; he has a real system behind the way he does the job. He was in and out within two hours. We worked with the salesman Mike who was very nice.

I have very light grout which was black in the high traffic areas. When done with the grout, it was still dark in spots. The owner claimed that this was the very best the grout would ever look again. He then began the pitch for sealing service (which was an upsale). I wasnt comfortable sealing it at that point. When he realized no further money was going to be made off me, he got just a little huffy, this while showing me some kind of customer service award. I thought that was a little ironic. Later that day I went to Home Depot and bought a couple of grout stripping/cleaning products. I spent the rest of the afternoon stripping the grout myself. The results? Back to original color and uniformity. Granted this is slow labor intensive efforts, and on your hands and knees but I will never hire a service again for this.
