2 days before he did the work, I hired a maid to dust from my living room. She did an excellent job. The room was spotless. After he did his work and left I noticed around one of the vents there was some dirt on the wall around the vent. When I turned on the blower a couple of days later every flat surface in every room in the house was thick with dust.. When I tried to go on his website it wasn't operating.

They are fine. They came out couple of weeks later after the purchase. I just paid the price for the Big Deal and no additional charges. I would not use them again.

He arrived punctually, the work was completed quickly and almost all of the grout stain is gone and he left no mess at all behind. I had tried and tried to clean it myself and could not, but he succeeded in almost all areas. The small areas that weren't cleaned are probably not his fault, it's just been too long since the grout was cleaned.

Duct cleaning went very well. Carpet cleaning required a second visit to go over some areas that needed additional scrubbing. The owner of the business did this second cleaning himself successfully and with a very responsible, professional attitude.Dwane struck me as a person with high integrity and a lot of experience.

They were timely and really good. They explained everything to us. They actually found that the previous owner had sealed the grout which caused the discoloration. They were able to point that out to us.

Service provider showed up the first time within the scheduled timeframe, but stated "saltillo tile not included in the 89 dollar deal, Angie's List doesn't do a very good job of including the details in their specials". Worker made estimate for work, which I accepted, and re-scheduled appointment as worker didn't have the appropriate equipment. Then owner called on day of second appointment (10/14) to say worker had a "family emergency" and work would need to be re-scheduled again, owner said he would do it himself. We rescheduled a second time for 10/18, then he didn't show up to do the work, would not answer his phone.

Why would you advertise as a tile and grout cleaner and not do travertine or marble. very disappointed Angie's List let them run a special. UPDATE: Recently reviewed this company and gave it an F, see previous review. Was impressed however owner did contact me later and apologize for the incident. He stated they in fact do the work I had requested but new employee did not follow company policy or whatever and understand this employee caused significant problems for the owner and employee was terminated. Although this did not help me as I had moved on to another source his call was appreciated. You might give him a try.

The crew was on time, very friendly and efficient. They did what they came to do (tile), plus the carpet area at our request. The work was well done. I gave them all A's and a B on professionalism, because they need to improve cleaning up after themselves (e.g., remove footprints, water spills). Because of the quality of their work, I would use them again, and ask them to clean up after themselves :)

Phone call not satisfactory for either of us. I felt he was over-confident and arrogant. He belittled what I wanted and inferred that only what he did was right. He messaged I should fill out refund form. I asked where. He replied company. I wrote back and asked how? In the meanwhile I spoke with a very helpful, kind person at Angie's List who sent me the form.

It went very well. Initially they came and did it but there were some stains and things that did not look very good so when it dried, we noticed that it was not what we really expected so we called them back and they were very responsive. They came back and did a different treatment and it worked out very well. Apart from the Big Deal, there was $30 additional to use an extra product; because some of the stains were pet stains. They were very good in communicating with me about what was going on; even though I was out of town, they were in touch with me via phone all the time.

Was fantastic! Tile wasn't too bad, but it wasn't sealed either. Looks great!

They cleaned all the tile floors in my house, which is a 2000 sq ft home with tile everywhere but 3 bedrooms. the floors look great when they were done. They advised me they did air ducts and I'm glad they did as I might not have thought to have that done, but I think it's important. They were professional and thorough. They are on my list to clean my dryer vent in a year and my floors in 3 years.

It's a day later and I've now been contacted by True Blue, they apologized for not contacting me and have scheduled time to come out and perform the service. They've done everything they can to make up for the error and I apprecitiate that. It's another day later and True Blue showed up and did the duct cleaning and did a very good job. I'm very pleased.

After buying the coupon, they immediately contacted us and set up an appointment. They arrived on time, had very competitive prices for the additional work agreed upon. The did the work quickly and very thoroughly. It is the best carpet cleaning we have ever had.

It went excellent. I am 100% satisfied. I have used him a few times now and I have never seen anyone work as hard or be more dedicated to doing the best job possible. He has always been on time and very professional. He brings soo much enthusiasm to the job that he does.

First, we had to cancel two appointments owing to unanticipated conflicts with our schedules. We deeply appreciated the accommodations and rescheduling. Second, they arrived on time, in fact a little early which was fine with us. Third, they listened to what we wanted done, asked the rights questions, and proceeded to work with efficiency and speed to our great satisfaction Fourth, the completed work looks and smells fantastic. Equally as important, there was no mess or cleaning up we had to do. Fifth, the cost as a special on Angie's list was an eye-popping deal. Last, now with evidence of the effective work of this company, in the near future we will seek their services for other rug and tile cleaning in our home. We certainly would highly recommend this company to family, friends, and others.

True Blue service person was waiting when I arrived. Expected work was reviewed with some recommendations from the technician. Price, work to be completed, and expected completion time were discussed. Technician did a great job and finished a little early. Provided shoe covers to inspect work. Results were fabulous! I will use this service in the future.

He turned a disgusting microfiber couch covered in sunblock and spills and made it look like new (it's 8 years old) the grout is 14 years old and he was very meticulous. other guys use the acid and wreck your grout and tile just to do the job quick and get to next one. These guys took their time did a very good job.

It was great. The gentleman was very prompt and called ahead of his arrival which I appreciated. Furthermore, he was very quiet while he worked, but he was quite efficient and did a thorough job. He was even able to remove a stain that had been very difficult to remove previously. I would definitely use this company again.

Came on time, set up and did a thoroughly good job; dingy carpets look like new. Also did a demo on grout and tile cleaning.

Duane called right away and was able to schedule me in with just a couple of days notice. They called when they were 30 minutes out. They came in and went right to work. I was just expecting them to do the 3 rooms of carpet but as we got talking, he mentioned he could do dining room chairs and area rugs as well. My dining room chairs hadn't been done in years and they were really stained from years of kids and spills. Duane and John did an amazing job with them. In addition, I had written off a play dough lump and stain in one of the rooms. Not only did they get the play dough out of the carpet, they also got the stain out. I will recommend True Blue to everyone.

I bought the Angies list $89.95 special and was contacted on line a short time later asking about an appointment. I sent back a 1st and 2nd choice of dates. In short time I was told my 1st choice was good and they would call before heading out. On that day I received a call from Dwayne at 7:30 am saying he was on his way for the 8:00 am appointment. He arrived friendly and ready to go.We showed him our areas that would be above and beyond the special price. Dwayne quoted very reasonable prices and we agreed to do them now. This was great, no haggling, no I don;t have time or any other lame excuse that we have all heard before. The job I thought would take 2 men 2 hours Dwayne did himself in 2 hours. I have a micro suede computer chair that was filthy and he took great effort to make sure it came out great. Dwayne kept us informed and gave us pricing on there other services but no pressure sales pitch. This was the kind of pleasant experience you expect with an Angies list provider.

I had spots all over my dining room carpet, but, by the time they were done, no spots remained. I was thoroughly impressed. And my apartment did not have that heavy lingering chemical smell most industrial carpet cleaners leave. The tile also looked amazing. It is funny how you forget what the original color is until it is thoroughly cleaned. I don't want to call the service cheap; cheap implies that the service is also cheap. The price was very, very good and they were done very quickly. I have definitely recommended them to everybody I know that needs a good cleaning.
