It was fine. I did not spend more than what I purchased the big deal for. I spent exactly what I had agreed to. The only thing that I was concerned about was that the guy from the company was extremely late after I purchased the order and then we finally got the job done and I do not know what that was all about. Anyway, we finally were able to put it together and their price was reasonable. Also, once we agreed on a time, he was here. I would possibly use him again in the future but I just could not say for sure.

Purchased coupon for my daughter, but she wasn't able to use it (new baby, etc), but now that she was moving I inquired about the coupon. True Blue said it was expired and I had been refunded. But when I couldn't find the refund in my account, I inquired & True Blue said Angie's had collected the original amount and had also done the refund. So I called Angie's and spoke with a rep who was very cordial and helpful and the rest of the story is noted above.

Very rude! When I asked if he could include the couch since the rugs were so small he laughed (roared) and said he was tired of people trying to take advantage of him. I said he was rude with that response, and he said fine, I'll refund your money and leave. I told him I wanted an apology and he explained the work involved in cleaning a couch and I said that I understood, but he didn't have to laugh at me. He apologized, but I felt he did a cursy job, didn't move any furniture, got my wood floor sopping wet and I had to dry them myself in front of him. Seemed like he was a very unhappy man in his work.

It turned out really nice! We were very happy. It was quite extensive because they had to work around a lot of ware and dirt. We paid $90 additionally. They seemed very knowledgeable. The only negative comment is that they told me the carpets would dry in 2-4 hours, but it actually took 2-3 days! We have older carpets and maybe they used too much water or something. Taking that long to dry was inconvenient, but they looked great after they dried. They did a good job. I would hire them again, but I would tell them to use less water maybe.

Arrived on time and cleaned tile. Tried to upsell me the entire time on services such as more square feet, cleaning my driveway, questioning whether my porcelain was travertine so he could charge extra. He even went so far as to ask me for a tile sample! Questioned history of home, claiming that there must have been more use than I claimed because grout was so dirty. Did not get all grout totally clean. Worked very fast.

Excellent service, on time, courteous. He suggested a power wash and scrub on the driveway to remove the tire tracks which greatly improved the appearance of the driveway. This was offered at a very reasonable price. would use again without hesitation.

While the tile was cleaner we felt like it was very expensive though he kept assuring us that we were getting a "deal" much lower than the competitors. Maybe we were just exhausted but it was difficult to talk to him---he was definitely a "in control" gentleman. We've had tile cleaned before by other firms at our other home of similar footage and it wasn't such a huge expense. We wouldn't chose this company again.

Wonderful job. There was no sign of red wine stains or dog urine in carpets.

They were on time,called before they come out. Did an exceptional and timely cleaning of my air ducts. I will recommend them to all my friends.

The gentleman who did the work was also the owner. He was a really nice guy, pleasant and friendly. We were their first job of the day and closer than they realized, so they were ready to start work about 45 minutes early! They did a good job, although they said a couple of spots on the area rug were burns when they couldn't get them out, and they're not burns. It wasn't that big a deal since it's an area rug. I paid $89 for the Angie's List Deal which included cleaning, deodorizing, and protecting 3 rooms. They charged an extra $50 for some extra pet deodorizing, and $10 for the hallway & area rug, so I thought that was fair. However, they also charged an extra $50 for the protectant which should've been included in the Angie's List deal. Unfortunately I didn't have the Deal printed out and had forgotten it was supposed to include the protectant. I would probably use them again if they offer another deal, but next time I'll have a copy of the deal printed out.

Cleaned and sealed tile floors. They were on time, very professional and did a great job. Floors look new!

I returned Duane's call and asked about the Angie's List special that included grout cleaning for up to 1000 square feet for $289.00. Duane told me that we should just make the deal outside of Angie's List because they took months to pay and because they kept a percentage of the cost. I had to tell him what the special included, which I thought was strange, and he then said he could do it for 300.00 because he had to buy the sealer. I mentioned that the sealing was included in the special. At that point we set up a date and time and how I was going to pay him. He asked if everything was O.K. And I said I would really like to have the price the 289.00 price since that was what was listed on Angie's List. At that point he said, "I tell ya what. Let's just cancel". I was very surprised and was even wondering if I had the right number. I don't know if Diane is the owner, or just a hired worker, but he was very unprofessional. After reading all the positive reviews, I wasn't expecting this outcome. i wouldn't do business with him, nor would I recommend his business to anyone else. Duane's reponse it totally untrue. There was the discussion about prior sealing, but there is no family dispute about anything. He totally made that up to cover up his unprofessionalism. What about his request to work outside of Angie's List? Or his quote of a higher price? Or his lack of knowledge about the coupon? Of the fact that he canceled our appointment when I requested the 289. price. So not only is Duane unprofessional, he is also untruthful, unrealiable, unethical, and dishonest.

Cleaned grout & tile. Very small job. Kitchen tile is old so cleaning produced limited results. | |I'll probably choose to replace the tile rather than clean again .

He did an awesome job and was very fast.

He did a good job in two of the rooms, but one room still has some dark spots in the carpeting. In addition, he was a bit rude when dealing with me.

Service was not provided. Communication with True Blue was poor.

They set up a date to do our carpet then canceled it stating that Angie's List fraudulently made this offer. They will not honor it saying that the manager named Dwane shouldn't have set it up. Angie's List still hasn't given me a refund after two emails to them. Angie's List get an "F" too.

Cleaned all the tile in house (lg kitchen, halls, 2 bathrooms & living/dining room plus carpet(3 rooms) , 4 chairs. Also had an oriental carpet done beautifully for an additional amount. Extremely satisfied.

Originally they gave me a date several weeks in advance so I held off doing Christmas decorating until after the cleaning appointment. When Dwayne contacted me back he claimed they never authorized the ad be placed. He also countered that we had no contract. I had a paid voucher and an agreed upon date for service - in writing. Sounds like a contract to me. I firmly believe they overbooked themselves and therefore were unable to fulfill all their commitments. They dropped the smaller jobs to fit in the more expensive ones. True Blue made absolutely NO ATTEMPT to make good on their commitment - simply contacted me with little notice, that they would not be doing the contracted job, claiming they could not afford it. Dwayne blamed the event on a 3rd party jobber and told me to apply for a refund of my money. Their ethics leave a lot of room for improvement. This is NOT the correct way to run a successful business.et

It turned out fine. I did not spend any more than what I have purchased the big deal for. The guy who came out was friendly. I cannot say what the quality of the service was because there is no way to measure it.

I wouldn't use them even if they offered to do my whole house for free. Totally non-professional (Peggy is anyway) in the way they handled my scheduled/cancelled appointment. Run....go someplace else.

The provider was prompt and courteous regarding the difficulty with delivery dates and stating that a refund could be obtained through Angie's List.

They checked the air ducts and cleaned them out as well as the air intake covers. Easy to add covers to clean for a price. Company did what they said in the contract.

The guys from True Blue arrived right on time and, after checking the job, went immediately to work. In addition to floors, they were asked to try to clean the grout on a tile countertop that had become discolored and very difficult to clean. Duane did an excellent job cleaning the grout on the counter; it came out very well. Duane was very enthusiastic about doing a good job and was pleased that he could make a difference.
