Description of Work: True Blue Services cleaned the ductwork in my home, which had not been done in at least 20 years. I have always had multiple pets during that time, resulting in an overabundance of animal hair. True Blue arrived early - the technician/owner fully explained his procedure and equipment and was friendly and professional. He did an excellent job; the improvement is obvious. I would definitely recommend him and intend to use True Blue Services in the future.

Description of Work: He was so helpful with suggesting that he would fill in some of the missing pieces of grout if we had some extra on hand. We did not so he suggested we purchase some the next day and he would come by and repair it for no extra charge!!! What a surprise! He came back and repaired it at no additional charge. Yes, we will be using him again when we have tile or grout issues.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal from this company for: $189 for air duct cleaning and sanitation. The guy who came out was very good. He wanted to make sure that he did the right job and he was working under tough conditions.

Description of Work: When I purchased the deal ($89 for cleaning 3 rooms of carpet), I asked them to call after Thanksgiving to schedule cleaning. I received a message saying OK they would contact me then. When I had not heard from them for a week after Thanksgiving, I sent a message asking them to call me to schedule the cleaning. They replied that they had not agreed to the Angie's List deal and could not afford to honor it. They said I should contact Angie's List for a refund.
