They did a real good job and pretty much got rid of everything. They were good for scheduling.

Terminix International - Pest Control/Exterminating We started with another company, and Terminix, took over that company. Terminix, took over where they left off, and backed up their one year guarantee. They came out at the end of the year inspection and followed up on some minor items that weren't completed.

We have used them for about 5 years and they have always done a good job.

This was a horrible experience overall. The automated phone scheduling system never worked. I always had to call office to verify the message as the message was always incomplete. The reps rarely showed up on the day that we were told someone was coming. The number of traps they were to inspect got less and less each visit. When we did see evidence of termites in the house we would have to wait two weeks for a rep to show up. They never honored their guarantee. We used them for 3-4 years and never got rid of the termites.

We have had them for 20 years and they have changed the kind of service that they give over the years. Now they come for only once a year inspection. However, if we have any termite damage or find any termite tracks when we replace carpets, they come out right away. So they are very responsive about correcting any issues.

I have a contract with them. They always call and keep me informed, when they are coming. I can call them for any questions. They treated some scorpions in the house, sometime back. I liked their services and will use the same in future.

They are in the process of finishing the job. I am very happy with them. They have done a great job so far. The technicians are very good. They are competitive in their job. They are a little expensive, but, definitely worth the job they are doing. I like their services and will use the same in future.

My contract with them ran out this spring. They were professional and the quality of their work was good, but they were too hard to get a hold of and get scheduled. I would schedule with them and would have to wait and wait. This has happened two or three times. My experience with them was not a pleasant one. I dropped them after that.

They are the best pest control companies that I?ve known. They are very professional and they do a very good job. They come out every three months to do pest control for me. They have a very good termite policy. I have been with them for several years now. I have tried different other companies, as well. I like Terminix International the best because they are the most professional company. They really know to do. They don?t do anything wrong. Even my brother has used them. I have an annual contract with them for pest control. I pay separately for the termite control.

I was happy with the service. They were responsive. I had used them when I lived on the east coast. I hope we don't have anymore termites! They came out and surveyed the place, and after the initial application, and then a year later they come back out to see if there are any more termites.

Sometimes they do not come on time or even the scheduled day. I understand that they are very busy and I don't mind. I feel that I got my monies worth and have not had any bad experiences with them.

I have used this company for 2 years. I am quite satisfied with their services as I have no bugs in my home. If a customer pays the entire yearly fee upfront, they will receive a 10% discount. They telephone me in advance for the date of the treatment. I have used them for termite control as well, which costs $250 per year. They are higher than other companies but they have a better guarantee and fix the home if termite damage occurs.

Clean, prompt, friendly, thoughtful, intelligent service both on the phone to learn about the service and to schedule it and in my home. There was a discount for prepaying for the year. The same technician will come every time. I am a gardener who recently moved from California. I practised Integrated Pest Management in California, but there were just too many critters inside my house here in Tucson and after two months I gave in and called a pest company. Terminix was considerate of my concerns and was very helpful in answering my questions and reassuring me re: safety and ecological impacts. In the three weeks since they treated my home, the number of lizards/butterflies/quail/ground squirrels etc. outside has not been affected but the number of unwanted intruders inside has diminished remarkably. We have no pets - can't comment re: toxicity there.

WE LIKE DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE SO RELIABLE. WE NEVER HAVE TO WONDER WHEN THEY ARE COMING BECAUSE THEY ALWAYS SHOW UP ON TIME. EVEN IF WE AREN'T HOME, THEY LEAVE A NOTE TELLING US THAT THEY HAD BEEN OUT.

I BELIEVE THAT THIS COMPANY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE VERY CUSTOMER FRIENDLY SO I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THEM. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE I KNOW AND I WOULD HIRE THEM FOR A FUTURE JOB.

TERMINEX TOOK OVER DICKSON'S PEST CONTROL AND THEY HONORED OUR CONTRACT THAT WE HAD WITH DICKSON'S. THEY ARE A VERY TRUST WORTHY COMPANY AND I WAS PLEASED WITH THEM.

THE PUNCTUALITY OF THE COMPANY WASN'T VERY GOOD, THEY WOULD GIVE YOU A TIME LIKE WE WILL BE THERE BETWEEN 8AM-5PM AND WE WOULD HAVE TO STAY HOME AND WAIT FOR THEM TO COME. OTHER THAN THAT I REALLY LIKED THE SERVICE OF THE COMPANY.

THE SERVICE WE RECEIVED FROM THIS COMPANY WAS GREAT. THE MAN WHO DID THE SPRAYING TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN THE PROCEDURE TO ME, AND TOLD ME WHAT TO EXPECT AND HOW OFTEN TO HAVE IT DONE.

THE GUY WHO COMES TO MY HOUSE IS VERY DEPENDABLE, HE ALWAYS ARRIVES ONE TIME. IF HE FINDS ANYTHING OUT OF THE ORDINARY HE WILL SPRAY FOR US. I FOUND THEY ARE VERY COMPETITIVE IN THEIR PRICING AS WELL.

I HAVE THEM COME TO MY HOUSE ONCE A YEAR TO DO A TERMITE INSPECTION, I KNOW THAT IF THEY EVER DO FIND TERMITES IN MY HOME THEY WILL TREAT MY HOUSE FOR ME. I FEEL WITH A NAME LIKE TERMINIX MY HOUSE IS IN GOOD HANDS.

WE WERE PLEASED WITH THE PROFESSIONALISM OF THIS COMPANY. THEY EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO US ABOUT THE DIFFERENT CHEMICALS THEY WOULD BE USING AND THAT THEY WOULD NOT HARM OUR PETS.

THEY ARE VERY SERVICEABLE, AND IF WE NEED OTHER THINGS DONE, THEY DO THEM RIGHT AWAY. WE HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR MANY YEARS, AND WE FEEL AS THOUGH WE KNOW THEM. WE HAVE AND WILL CONTINUE TO RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.

TERMINEX RESPONDS TO MY CALLS ALMOST IMMEDIATELY. THE QUALITY OF THE WORK IS FANTASTIC. I COULDN'T ASK FOR A BETTER COMPANY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

THEY DO A GREAT JOB KEEPING MY HOUSE BUG FREE. I THINK THERE NAME IS ONE YOU CAN TRUST, WE DON'T EVEN HAVE TO REMEMBER, THEY CALL US WHEN IT IS GETTING CLOSE TO THE TIME WHEN THEY NEED TO SPRAY AGAIN.

THE PROFESSIONALISM OF THE COMPANY WAS FANTASTIC. THEY WERE A FAST PACED COMPANY. THEY DID EXACTLY WHAT THEY WERE ASKED TO DO. I COULDN'T OF ASKED FOR A BETTER COMPANY.
