I called this company, and spoke with Tanya, three times in an attempt to get an itemized invoice of the work performed. Each time she got more agitated, saying we do not usually provide an itemized invoice. If I get work done on my car I get an invoice for the work to provide, the cost per hour, and any parts used. This is the 1st company I have hired that will not give me a breakdown. This was a rush job, an emergency, so I had to take the first company that responded to my request. I thought $750 was high to replace a kitchen faucet. I believe they will not provide the itemized list because they probably charged me $350 for a $50 faucet and charged me $200 an hour for the two hour job. I would stay away from this company. I am editing this review due to the fact I was provided a more informational invoice and the faucet manufacturer.

They were able to fix my problem the same day I called. Not only is everything working right but they took the time to explain what they were doing.

Technician, John Mancini, was his usual polite and knowledgeable self. (He supervised the instalation of our Hot Water Heater 2 years ago.) Inside Rep, Michele, had previously made a follow up call that also led to us considering TempControl. After this project, I have plans to hire them again.

First of all, he was communicative. We knew when he was coming, we knew what he found, we knew what the estimate was going to be before he did the work. He was professional, good-natured, and polite. This company is apparently on the buddy system and he brought a helper with him. I think this covers themselves and adds a sense of security. I had no problem that I was at work and my wife was at home. He completed the work efficiently and competently. My wife said he was very courteous, considerate, and takes pride in his work so he wanted it done right. And it was!

Melissa not only understood that the problem was a leaking valve, but she also helped call Temperature Control yesterday to make the appointment. Damien came out this afternoon, annalyzed the problem and fixed an unrelatd plumbing problem. He is schedule to return Monday morning to replace the on/off valve that is causing the gas leak . Quick and efficient service. Afterwards, I will need a mason to repair the brick work. Once I was connected to a compoany hat could do the job, all went smoothly. Sally
