I met with John Mancini, Plumbing Manager, at Temperature Control company regarding a new water conditioner and a whole house water filter. John was very knowledgeable about his product, spoke from experience and was honest and genuine. His cost estimate was within the range of the three estimates we got. The conditioner was installed about 2 weeks ago by Eddie and his helper Chris. They did an outstanding job and it was obvious they had a lot of experience. I was especially impressed with the meticulous care they took to get the copper pipes perfectly cleaned prior to soldering (no leaks) and how well they cleaned up after the installation. They also checked the city water pressure and found it to be too high, so they installed a pressure reducer. And after the hot water tank was purged, we now get a noticeable improvement in soap lather in the shower. I would strongly recommend Temperature Control to anyone needing a solution to a hard water problem.

From the receptionist to the workers that came out were above and beyond. A problem I had was with the toilet turned out to be easy fix but he went beyond and checked many more things. Their Customer Service kept me in the loop, advising me of when to expect the technician. My technician, Reggie, was great to work with. He installed my new garbage disposal and my new kitchen faucet that I had purchased a year ago but was having trouble finding a plumber who was willing to do such a small job. I now have the faucet I wanted and a new garbage disposal. I'm sure I will call them again if I have other projects.

What's there not to like! They were on time, courteous, professional, and fast. A big plus was how they explained in detail how they would do the job, and even more importantly, made recommendations that I had not even thought about. Thank you John, Eddie, Colton. & Danny!!
