I feel good about the water heater replacement. Two technicians worked collaboratively on the installation. They did a good job, but after they left, I smelled gas. I called the company, and they sent a technician out immediately. He made a small adjustment, and it seems fine now. The cost was higher than I had hoped, but ultimately, I would hire this company again.

I'm remodeling my kitchen by myself but there are some tools I just don't have and the project required some very specific work performed both under the slab and up in the 2nd floor joists. The team was on time and even with a little project creep they knocked everything out in one day and for that is worth the money you pay. Plus I learned a few things to boot.

They overcharged me for installing a garbage disposal. I should have shopped around AFTER I let them do the work.

The installation was just finished today. So far everyone we've dealt with has been very professional. We received a text each time some one was to come to the house. They always showed up when expected. The installers were great. As of this date we're not sure how the system will perform.

Very knowledgeable plumbers, but the company donâ t itemize the labor and parts. The company will over charge for the work to be done. Search around for a company that is honest and wonâ t over charge you.

Manny and Danny were so kind, knowledgeable, and offered us several options to replace our hot water heater. We only had to wait one day from original inspection to the installation of our new tank!! I wish I could give them higher scores, as they truly went above and beyond throughout the tank replacement. We feel lucky that we found this company, and this is the second time that we have required their services. Our first issue ironically, was a week before, as we needed our kitchen sink unclogged. As soon as our hot water heater died, after approximately 11 years of use., we didnâ t hesitate, and phoned Temperature Control Plumbing!
