I was very pleased with their service and warranty. The installer was very professional.

Moved into a house from 1972 that previous owners did things halfway and as cheap as possible. Hired Temperature Control to check things out. Glad I did. On the HVAC side they fixed several issues that would have caused me to replace AC early. Also hired them to do several small plumbing projects that were not up to code or just done wrong. All the techs were courteous, punctual and knowledgeable. They helped me learn a lot of things about my house and fixed what needed to be fixed while warning me about possible future issues but not selling unnecessary work. I appreciate their honesty and quality work.

Everything went well. Till we waited hours for someone to come with the contract to sign. Did not call till the next day to apologize. We canceled the order

We had a leak at our main water pipe outside and this was at the beginning of C-19. We called, and they came right out, gave us a great price and was fixed in no time. They cleaned up their work area, and fixed it better than before. I would definitely recommend Temperature-Control .

John provided us information and estimates on how each system worked. He was very thorough in his explanation of the differences in each system. We went with this company because they provided a better value for the cost. The install crew was great and showed up on time and left the work area clean when finished. They also explained how the system works and how to change the filter.

From the beginning of the project to completion, the staff were great to work with. Any questions or concerns I had before and during the project were answered to my satisfaction. Great work.

They were on time. Removed old unit that was 15 years old. The A.C. and furnace were replaced with a 16 Seer, 3.5 motor. They cleaned up everything. The men were pleasant and showed me how to work the thermostat. I am very happy with the Trane system I purchased. The duct cleaning and room regulating of the temperatures through out the house was just what it needed. I will gladly recommend this company. They are a 10+ company. J. A. Powell
