Sparkle Window Cleaning Service

Description of Work: Tony, the owner of the company, actually did the window cleaning. He did a fantastic job cleaning the screens, window sills, and windows. A lot of my windows and doors have small glass panes. The job took longer than he estimated, but he never sacrificed quality for time. I will gladly have him back and highly recommend!

Description of Work: We asked the service man to clean specialty screen doors as well, which was an added cost, but well worth it. Nice job.

Description of Work: I purchased the Big Deal on 5/6/12 because it was to expire on 5/7. I called Sparkle that day and left a message that I wanted to schedule the window cleaning. The phone number listed seemed to be a cell number because it said something like "this is Tony". After about 10 days had passed and I had not heard back my husband called and left a message that we had not heard from them to schedule the cleaning and Tony called right back. I was at work so my husband chose a date for the cleaning not thinking that I would want to be present so I could remove screens and move potted plants that were in the way to get to some of the windows. So I called Tony and rescheduled to June 8th and told him I would take a vacation day and be home for the service. I called Toni on June 6th to re-confirm the service date and was told we were set. On the morning of June 8th, Tony called me to cancel stating his employee was out with the stomach flu so we re-scheduled to July 22nd. I made arrangements to be home again taking another vacation day. On July 22nd no one showed up. At 30 minutes late, I called Tony and left my first message telling him if someone was not here to clean my windows within the next 24 hours I had to move on as I had my screens off and plants sitting in the sun ready for the scheduled cleaning. No call back. A few hours later my husband left a message and no return call came so we called Angie's list and asked for our money back because we were making other arrangements for the cleaning that we had prepared for. Angie's list told me they would try to reach Sparke Window Cleaning and since it was starting to get late on a Friday it could be Monday before I heard anything but not to worry I would get my money back. On Saturday July 23rd about noon someone from Sparkle Window Cleaing called me and told me that Tony had contacted her and asked her to contact me since he was out of town. She wanted to reschedule the cleaning. I told if someone could come that day I would be happy to have them clean my windows so she called some staff and called me back stating no one could come. She could not tell why no one came the day before except that 'she guessed when the boss is away..." Tony called me the next week and wanted to reschedule. Needless to say the windows were already cleaned. I got my money back.
