Sparkle Window Cleaning Service

Owner showed up. Refused to clean tracks and one window. When i booked the service I noted I had recently moved to the home and the tracks were very dirty. When the windows were washed I noted that the tracks were not cleaned. He said that was not part of the job despite my asking for that service when booked. I used them a few years ago and this is obviously a new owner as we had a good experience then. I called back and they arranged for someone else to come but he never showed up. Then when I called again the owner and the woman on the phone would not do anything and just argued that it was a good job and my windows can't be cleaned better. I paid $136 and they said they would refund me $5.00. They also wouldn't honor the senior discount that appears on this website. I never had such bad service with a window cleaning service before.

More smears on the windows after he was finished than before he started. One of those folks who want to see how quickly they can get the job done and be gone.

Very well. Windows were cleaned to our satisfaction and the sunscreens are well made and installed professionally. We are very happy with and would highly recommend.

The person arrived on time, did a good job and was professional and polite. He also pressure washed the garage, driveway and patio floors and did a good job on those.

Called Sparkle Window cleaners regarding having 8 window screens rescreened, two of which needed new frames. Tony, the owner came by 2 days later to give me estimate. Since he was replacing my screens($230), I asked for window washing estimate inside and out plus 7 sliding glass door windows to be included($65). Then he mentioned he could make my screened-in porch screens look like new($30). Total cost was $325, I thought that was a very good price. Tony took the screens with him and it took 1 week to get screens done. Tony came and washed the 8 windows plus 7 sliding glass doors, then installed the window screens. He then washed my screened-in porch screen. Tony did a fantastic job, my screen-in porch screens look just like new and window frames and window are great.

All but two windows were excellent; streaks/runs on the remaining two.

They are cleaner now than when they were installed. I didn't realize how dirty they would get in 12 months, until I saw how clean they were after he scrubbed them. They made an appointment that was convenient for me, appeared right on time, and kept working until they sparkled. I do recommend this business!

The Sparkle rep arrived on time; checked the windows to be done; gave us a price and went to work. He was clean, professional, very polite and fast. He had all the tools, cleaning supplies, and ladder required. Two hours later he was finished, both inside and out. Screens were removed & replaced without denting. The glass was so clean it couldn’t be seen and it looked like you could reach out and touch the mountains. An excellent, professional job. Reasonably priced. We will have Sparkle Cleaning back in the Spring to clean all of our windows after this experience

He showed up on time, was professional, careful not to track dirt in house, didn't make a mess with water in house, friendly, windows sparkled when he finished.
