Description of Work: They forgot to schedule the first appt. Then at the 2nd, they said they were going to be later than the AM appt. Then I told them that if they didn't show up by 3:30, I was canceling and asking for my $$ back. The crew did show up and did a great job, but I wonder if they would have blown off another appt if I hadn't been so insistent.

Description of Work: Washed my windows and some screens. Told me the windows in my 2 French doors would cost me extra, but did wash one door. This is the third time they have washed my windows and the French doors were never at an extra cost by them or any other window washer.

Description of Work: Cleaned the windows. They arrived basically on time. What they offered, I needed more windows cleaned. It cost an additional $35.00. The guys were quick and efficient, but anything else, like wiping off any cobwebs in the corner of the windows, well that didn't happen. Would it have been so hard to wipe those down too? Other than that, it was fine.

Description of Work: They contacted me to ask if they could come earlier than originally set and of course I said yes. They arrived on time and were super polite and helpful with furniture moving. I would definitely use this company again and would highly recommend them to all. Great service from the gal who does the scheduling to the young men that came to do the windows. Great job!!!

Description of Work: Sparkle had a Big Deal which we purchased but were not able to use immediately. We contacted them recently and set up a time to have the windows done. The worker showed up within the time frame quoted, got right to work and did an excellent job cleaning our sliding glass doors and windows. He was very personable and friendly. We would not hesitate to have Sparkle out to clean the windows again.

Description of Work: Came 1 1/2 hrs. late. They looked at the house asked for 35 dollars more. I would rather be out 59 than 94 dollars.

Description of Work: Quickly cleaned over 30 window panes without damaging anything inside or out. Only problem was a little calk (windows just installed) left on one window which I removed with a razor blade. |
