Description of Work: I had a bit of trouble scheduling but nothing horrible. The work performed was good and I would hire this company again.

Description of Work: This was for interior and exterior window cleaning. The work, once performed, was excellent. The scheduling challenges and lack of communication were as poor as I have experienced in home services. Once scheduled, I received a call to reschedule. We rescheduled and on that date I received an initial call to say they were running late at another clients and would be an hour late to my home. After 2 hours and no communication they were still not here. I had contacted the number to leave a message and the dispatcher was not aware the crew had not shown up. She wanted to see if I could reschedule for the weekend, which I could not. She said she would check back with me once she checked the schedule. As of the following morning I had not heard back; I sent an email and called just as they arrived unannounced at 7:30 am. This was the worst scheduling and communication I have ever experienced in a service. | |Once they arrived they completed the work within an hour; the results were excellent.

Description of Work: They did a really good job, but as I just reported in the approximate cost of the service. they charged another $55 because I have iron on all my windows. Next time when I have another company I will ask if they charge extra for the iron.

Description of Work: Washed all the windows in my home as well as a wall-length mirror. My ratings speak for themselves.

Description of Work: Sparkle Cleaners removed all solar screens, cleaned all of the windows, inside and outside as well as washed or brushed all solar screens prior to reinstallation of them. Overall they did a good job. However, they did break one of the rollers on the sliding screen door and did not tell me about it. Now I have to replace the entire door due to the rollers for this door are no longer available.

Description of Work: The windows were not cleaned properly. The screen tracks were filled with dirt and grime. My new window cleaner is one-third the price and when he is done, everything is totally clean.
