Description of Work: We have a big house, over 100 windows. So we were prepared to pay quite a bit extra beyond the "deal," particularly since we wanted the windows cleaned inside and out. They arrived on time, went right to work, decided after awhile they needed another body and he arrived shortly afterwards. The windows look great, no splashes inside, the foreman went around and checked everything.

He arrived right at 8:00 as scheduled. I've never gotten my windows cleaned professionally until using Sparkle off of Angies List. I am very pleased & recommend them highly.

Description of Work: I bought a deal for $65 for interior and exterior window cleaning! They cleaned 30 windows and it took them an hour to an hour and a half to do the work. I paid extra because I had more windows than the deal allowed for.

Description of Work: The crew arrived a bit earlier than the scheduled appt time. They brought their own ladders, buckets, rags and after the team leader went around our home counting windows work commenced. There were 3 men in the crew and they worked seperately and together to get all the screens out, and washed both sides. And while screens were drying all the windows were washed thoroughly. The screens then went back in and it was all done in no time! The guys were very neat, friendly, courteous and professional. The windows and sliders were beautiful at the end of the job...They....Sparkled !I am very pleased with their work and will use them again!

Description of Work: In a difficult time, we agreed that cleaners would come at 10:, and I arranged for someone to be in my home because I had a class from 10:00 - 12:00. However, the crew showed up at 9:00 just as I was leaving. The men said they had 5 houses in the area and couldn't do my windows at 10:30. I agreed that they could do the outside while I was gone and promised to return at 12:30 do the inside. So I notified my surrogate who said he would be in the house at that time. The cleaners did not return. The job they did on the outside was excellent, but the inside remains dirty. I am disappointed.
