Description of Work: They had to reschedule due to illness , but when they did come they did a fine job. We would certainly use them again.

Description of Work: Two young gentlemen came - as scheduled. They went right to work, cleaned all my windows inside and out ant left. They did a beautiful job and I am in the process of scheduling my next visit. I would highly recommend thhem to anyone.

Description of Work: The service was to remove, rescreen, and reinstall 10 door or window screens, any size. I waited over an hour for the service provider to arrive past the agreed upon time. When the service provider arrived, I was told that the 'window' for the agreed upon time was actually an hour! Wish I had been told this upfront. The man who worked on the screens told me that the 'patio doors counted as 2 screens' but I disagreed. He was polite and courteous. He took some screens with him and we agreed upon a date for him to return. I tried to call the scheduler to discuss these issues, but for over 4-5 days, no message of mine was returned. Obviously, I was not happy as this was my very first 'deal' as a new Angie's List member. When I was finally contacted, I was given a reason that I found to be believable. I was surprised and impressed by the willingness of this company 'to make things right.' I would use their services again.

Description of Work: Oops I thought I was filling out a review for Angie's list Megan L. I was contacted by Sparkle Cleaning this morning via e mail and gave them dates and also told them about my exchange for the better deal. I have not gotten a date from them as yet and so cannot answer the other questions. I used this provider last year and was pleased with them. Sad to say, I am not sure I sent in a review for their company last year.
