Description of Work: Sparkle had a scheduling conflict and asked if they could reschedule. We agreed on a time and date and the worker was still a couple of hours late. He missed cleaning one outside window and beat the screens so hard one came loose from the frame. I also had to clean up water off of the inside floors. |That being said, I have used Sparkle before and have been very pleased with the service and I will try them again. |To be fair, I did not call back and give them a chance to correct these problems as I was leaving town the following day. |

Description of Work: I used them last year for a deal. I then used them again this year and they said the price would be $80.00, which was the price they told me it was, after they were done. I sent them an email before the job and we didn’t discuss the price until they were done. I live in a town house and it didn’t take them very long.

Description of Work: Sparkle washed all the windows in our home (52 panes total) inside and outside and the windows never looked so good! They sent their best washer (name I forgot) and he worked very quickly and thoroughly. We will use Sparkle for all window cleaning in the future. They are the best!

Description of Work: Excellent job overall! Both employees were very professional, courteous, and friendly. They quickly did the job, but did not rush their work. The price was great, and we were happy with the service. We will use Sparkle Window Cleaning Service again. | |NOTE: Regarding "punctuality", the workers were not late. We rated them a "B" because they showed up for the job 25-30 minutes early, without calling first. We can live with an early appointment, but on a professional basis, we feel that a call should have been made to let us know they'd be early.

Description of Work: They showed up on time and were very professional. We have several high windows that I could have never cleaned myself. They even removed a bird nest for me from the front porch light when they cleaned the window over the front door.
