Description of Work: I signed up for the $149 screen service. Tony did come out, and on time to measure the screens. He said he would have an estimate in a week. After two weeks I called for status. No return call. A couple weeks later I called for status. No return call. At this time I would like my $149 Big Deal money returned and I can go elsewhere. They do have my screen frames. Oh well.

Description of Work: The company suggested a 9-10 window for service on 9/16/15, but did not show. I replied and agreed via Angie's List e-mail. When they had not shown up on the day scheduled, at 10:30 I called them and left a message. They called me at 3:00 pm and said they had never received confirmation through Angie's List. They offered to re-schedule but I declined, not having been impressed with their communication.
