Description of Work: Arrived early. Friendly. Worked quickly. Pretty good at cleaning up after himself. The only issue I have, which may say more about me than them, is that I would have preferred that he wore shoe covers in our house. I NEVER wear shoes in the house that have been out there in the world, picking up who knows what. Otherwise, they did a very good job.

Description of Work: The gentleman that came out and cleaned my windows was on time and professional. The windows are clean. The problem with this service was the lack of communication after the initial contact. I was asked to give three times that were good for me and then I didn't hear back from them for a week. They did not answer my Angie's List messages or phone messages. All I needed to know was what day so I could set my schedule. I called Angie's List for help and I then received a call that evening from Sparkle Window Cleaning. We scheduled the appointment and everything went well after that. Again, I was happy with the work the gentleman did on the windows. I feel they should have responded to my emails in setting up a schedule that they requested.
