Description of Work: Sparkle did a great job with the windows for the most part... missed cleaning one of doors and bent a couple of screen frames, but for the most part, restored our views of the outdoors with their usual competency. The gentleman on site was courteous and efficient.

Description of Work: I can't get in contact with them. I've left messages telling then when I would be home and my phone number. The first time I did call, the person who answered the phone said she was in a class and not at her scheduling computer and to call back later. When I call, I get the message "we are out of the office or are on another line". I rated the service an F due to poor communication. When the job is done, I will re rate them.

Description of Work: Washed all windows and screens in the house inside and out (52 panes total). Reuben does a fantastic job and works very fast and very neatly. I moved the furniture and other items away from the windows which helped him work faster. I highly recommend Sparkle Window Cleaning to everyone.
