I reached out to the company twice, on the second call they said would come between 11am- 12pm on 11/12 but they never showed up. I reached out a third time and received no response.

Description of Work: When my screens were picked up to be taken away for replacement, the owner of the company arrived in a private car and had absolutely NO IDENTIFICATION on him to show me that he was legitimate. The screens came back 10 days later and were reinstalled. Very good work, BUT, one of the screens does not fit into the window frame snugly. I have to call them to return to take care of this problem. Also, the tel. # given to get in touch with them is not very reliable!
