 + -1 morei had an appointment scheduled on 4/12/2012 for 30 windows cleaned inside and out for $49.00 and once the rep arrived, i was told that the advertisement for 30 windows was incorrect. I was told that each window counted as 2 since it had 2 separate panes. i feel this was false advertisement since it specificity said WINDOWS....NOT PANES. They wanted to charge extra to do the additional windows even though my house has less than 30 windows.
Description of Work: i refused service since i felt this was obviously a scam.

 + -1 moreWhen they knew that they would run a little late they called and let me know about it,which I appreciated I was amazed how well they worked together as a good team and how fast the job was done without being compromised.They are very professional .I also felt safe having them in my space and will definately call them again.It was a very good experience.
Description of Work: They were especially polite,efficient and very thourough. Some of the windows and screens had not been cleaned in a long time and it was wonderful to let the light in again.They had all their equipment in good working order,did a very good job with the screens,doors and sills and spaces between They helped move furniture away and then back again.

 + -1 more.I found Sparkle Cleaners via a groupon (so my actual cost was half that listed). They're great - easy to get hold of, easy to set up the appointment. The cleaners are professional, and work fast. The result was excellent. A friend of mine used them as well, with equally sparkling results. I'd used a different window cleaning service last year - who were also excellent - but Sparkle's prices are better (even without a coupon).
Description of Work: They washed all the windows in the house, inside and out. They cleaned the screens too. 25 windows total (each 2-sided pane of glass counts as one window)

The folks at Sparkle greeted our phone call to schedule with enthusiasm and gave us an appointment within an hour time-frame for just a week hence. When the crew was delayed for forty minutes at another job, I received a phone call informing me of the delay. Upon their arrival, the crew immediately went to work with efficiency, courtesy, and professionalism. The job was great, and now our view of the Catalinas does sparkle!!
Description of Work: Sparkle technicians cleaned our windows inside and outside as well as window tracks until they do, indeed, sparkle!
