 + -1 moreService called a day earlier than our scheduled date and said they could do the work at that time. This was OK for us and so we agreed to their early arrival. The service person arrived near the projected time and worked steadily even though the outside temps were in the upper 90's. he did a great job....no streaks and the sills were wiped clean. Very pleased!
Description of Work: Washed 32 windows inside and out along with removal and cleaning of screens.

 + -1 more2 men arrived and worked with my husband. Moved furniture where necessary, got in some tight spaces and finished 26 windows in little more than a hour.
Description of Work: Arrived on time, fast, did a great job. Cleaned all windows, inside and out and including those in the garage. Actually did more than expected. I plan to use them again.

 + -1 moreThis was an Angies List deal, and it was so easy - bought the deal, called and made the appointment They said he would arrive between 11:30 and 12:30, but he called around 10:45 and said he was running early, could he come at 11? Great, since I was just waiting at home for him this morning. He did the window cleaning, and the screens, and since this house doesn't have as many windows as were included in the deal, he also did the bathroom mirrors!

 + -1 moreUsed the $49 for 30 windows deal. Just had the outside windows done. Paid extra at $3 per window to get all windows done. Worker arrived on time, was very courteous, worked fast and did an excellent job. Also gave me a tip on how to remove calcium stains from one window.

 + -1 moreThey did a very professional job. They were fast, they did a beautiful job. They didn't try to sell me anything extra. Their prices for normal cleaning looked reasonable. I wish for others' sake that they mention the $49 deal is for 30 windows, I didn't see that on the deal description myself.

 + -1 moreThe window washerseemed to be professional. He was friendly and polite. The job did get completed faster than I expected. The windows looked clean. It was not until the next day, in the morning sun, that I realized it was not such a good job.
Description of Work: Many of the windows were left with streaks, drips and missed spots. At least half of the screens were not replaced correctly.

I was not even looking for a window cleaner, but when I saw the amount and how many window panes were to be cleaned for that amount, I couldn't resist. It took me to the very last minute before the coupon time limit expired. I called Sparkle Window Cleaning Service and left a message. They promptly returned my phone call and scheduled me for a couple of days away. The technician Tony arrived on time and was nicely presentable. I showed him which windows I wanted him to clean for the 30 pane coupon. I then asked him what he would charge to do a bunch more windows. He gave me the same price as the coupon price was! That was a wonderful surprise! The job he did was spectacular! My windows are so clean they SPARKLE! And, he didn't leave any drips on the baseboards. He cleaned my screens and cleaned the window tracks. I am pleased! I asked him for cards, because I intend to give them out to everyone I know! Thank you, Sparkle Window Cleaning Service!! Valerie
Description of Work: The technician arrived on time and I showed him which windows that I wanted cleaned. Since I paid for the outside windows only, I asked him to check with me when he was finished in case the inside of a few needed cleaning. He was quick and efficient and he did the extra windows for a small fee. I was pleased to say the least! I will use Sparkle Cleaning again and again!

Description of Work: My windows were dirty and I saw a coupon on Big Deals for window washing inside and out for $65.00 by Sparkle Window Cleaning Service. I read the Angie's List reviews, checked the Sparkle Window Cleaning Service websire. I called the phone number listed for the coupon and talked to Tony. I asked him about one review that stated there had been a problem with acceptance of the coupon at the time of service. Tony told me what the problem had been and I was satisfied with his explanation. I scheduled an appointment time with him. I went back to Angie's List and purchased the coupon. On the day and time of the appointment, Tony rang the door bell. I was pleased that when I answered the door he had all of his equipment set out with the cleaning solution and was ready to go to work. My husband walked around the house with him counting the windows to make sure we were on the same track in regard to the number of windows to be cleaned. Tony set to work. At one point our cleaning lady asked that he wash some windows in the bathroom first and he did that. He cleaned up, accepted his coupon, and went on his way. I was very pleased with the job and with his performance.

The 2nd time, the service was just OK. Some of the windows were streaky and I needed to do a little "touch up" after he left. I decided to return to the company used previously - Oasis Window Cleaning.

 + -1 moreThe team was punctual, professional and quick. They did a good job on the windows but had to go over a few windows a second, and third, time when we pointed out streaks. We were satisfied with the final result, and will use them again.
Description of Work: We needed the windows cleaned inside and out for Christmas. We rang a few local Tucson companies but they could not deal with us until after the holidays. We rang Sparkle based upon the Angie's List rating and they were able to come out the very next day to conduct the work. We have around 80 windows, including some very large picture windows. The work was conducted by a team of two (one in, one out) and it took them around 3 hours.
