Sparkle Window Cleaning Service

They showed up three hours late to our appointment, cleaned one window, then told me that it would be more money. I told them I wasn't paying for it, so the technician cussed me out. I told them to leave.

The service provided by them was good.

He washed the outside windows first and then used the same filthy dirty water to wash the inside of my windows. My kitchen screen is bent, it was not bent before. I did not notice that he used a ladder inside to reach the two windows that are higher. I am not able to climb up to double check, but there are still marks on my front upper window. I used you last year, so i did not think that i had to double check on his work. I was very happy with the work last year. I went away the day after my windows were cleaned, by the time I returned, I felt it was too late to complain. The security door on my bedroom stationery part of the sliding door is hard to unlock, everyone else has been able to unlock it, then has locked it again when they were finished and handed me the key. He left it unlocked with the key in it.

The window washer was prompt, professional, and worked quickly.

I was surprised to learn a window that opens counts as 2 windows when they figure up total window count to determine the total cost to have them cleaned. The technician was very polite & friendly, and did the work in a timely manner. He did a pretty good job, but there were a few smudges I needed to address after he left. I would still like to report I'm very pleased overall and will use them again.

Because they washed the sunscreens I felt that they went above and beyond. They did a great job. There was one glitch initially with scheduling but they did end up keeping the initial appointment.

I contacted the provider on a the Sunday prior to the Monday work. My initial call was returned very quickly and the appointment was established. The provider showed up on time and worked diligently for 2 hours non stop. I could not have been more impressed and gladly paid the gentlemen the listed fee plus tip.

Again, this was an Angie's list big deal, and I failed to understand the fine print. It was advertised as 30 windows cleaned inside and outside for $49. Once the technician got here, I found that what I consider to be a window, was, actually, half what they considered to be one, so they charged me an extra $40 to do the job. I had guests coming the next day, so I felt I should just go ahead and do it. Two things: they clean the windows but not the sill. So even though the windows were lovely, it was still dirty. Second, while he was here, the technician accidentally broke a window. He was apologetic, but it took them close to two months to replace the window. Further, I had to call repeatedly to get the new window in, they were not at all pro-active about it. Accidents happen, and I really wasn't angry about the broken window, but I would have preferred a much faster response time to fix the problem.

They were flexible, they were willing to discuss the job over the phone, and they were responsive because there was negotiations back and forth and they were pretty responsive and reasonable.

This is the second time I have used Sparkle. Both times I used a coupon from Angie's List. Both times they were very courteous and professional. The appointment was set up around my schedule.

I had purchased a big deal and so the price was good.

Excellent job. I would happily recommend them. Service provider was very considerate and accommodated my "Shoes Off" policy in the home.

The cleaning left me with dirt stains on window sills and wall and on vertical blinds. Screens all had to be rewashed several times in order to remove dirt; Sparkle's screen cleaning was a total waste of time and money. Streaks remained on windows. Dirty rag left outside. Young man doing work was obviously under pressure to do the job as quickly as he possibly could. Would rather pay $150 and have the work done properly. Will not use or recommend this service provider again.

All went smoothly. Prompt, polite, excellent work.

The service person arrived 45 minutes late from the time agreed upon. He was friendly and advised he had hurt himself the evening before so was slow in getting there and would take a bit more time to do the job. What concerned me was we have an older home with multiple panes of glass. Last time our windows were cleaned the company charged all the panes of one window as "one" charge. Since we did not recall the company and saw the coupon for this one.... This company charged 3 tiny panes of a 12 pane window as one pane so the additional charges were adding up on doing all the windows. I had him just clean the larger bottom portions of the window to keep costs in line. Had we done all the windows the fee would have been a over $200. He completed his job and left. After he left we realized in cleaning the windows he had moved things and damaged our window screens as well as not put them back as he found them. We now have the task of repairing multiple screens and restoring the house to the way it was. Yes we have clean bottom windows but we have a big expense to repair what was damaged. We would not recommend this company in any wan nor would we use them again.

Went just fine- he really worked hard. Definitely a GREAT buy! Our windows have never been so clean. I've washed them myself- but they never sparkled like this!

The owner is great, but the guy that had originally came out didn't do a great job. Luckily the owner came out and took good care of us.

We have used them twice. The guy was very neat, prompt, business like and fast. The cost was reasonable compared to other estimates and they stuck to the price quoted.

The person that did the inside windows did a reallt good job,but the person who did the outside windows..not so much.there were streaks and marks where he used the cleaning tool that I went over a few days after they had cleaned the windows as I did not notice them right away. He had to do several redos while he was here.I would not use them again even with a coupon.I had extra windows and large ones at that and expected to pay extra which was ok,but I also expected a better job on the outside windows than what I got.

I thought that they were not all that professional. I felt that the way the counted windows was off. The final cost turned out to be more than I expected. I would not use them again in the future.

The young man was polite and efficient. However several of the windows still have dirt on the outside. Perhaps it was some kind of plant or tree residual, but I don't think that he tried very hard to get rid of if. At least, he said nothing to me about it still being on the windows. I discovered it after he left. Guess that I should have inspected it

Andre arrived at 10 a.m.. He counted up the window panes and went right to work. He was very professional and personable. He put extra elbow grease on the old hard water-stained windows out back. I really appreciated his hard work. The coupon was a great bargain. I will call on them again in the future.

He was on time, professional, and did his job well. No complaints.
