Sparkle Window Cleaning Service

Made contact thru Angie's list, they were offering a special of up to 30 window panes for $65. I had 28 so I was in. Took awhile to nail down the appointment but ultimately ok. They sent a young kid, he did a good job - cleaned the windows in and out plus tracks and screens. He had a hard time getting my screens off and back on but to be fair they are the worst screens ever, I hate them. I'd recommend Sparkle, not the all-time best I've ever used but right now the best that I've used lately. I'd recommend and would use them again. FYI I'd make that Overall rating a B+ if I could.

First was the young gentleman greeted us kindly. He asked for a coupon which we didn't have. We told him we found them on Angie's list and the gal quoted us the price. He called his boss because of a question over the price. We could hear the conversation between the gentleman and his boss - wasn't good. Once that was settled, "Do you have a ladder I can borrow.?" We left to run an errand and saw that there is a wife or girlfriend sitting in a running automobile out front. He used the correct process for cleaning - not bringing up the squeegee but it didn't work as well as it should have. REALLY nice guy, really great price.

It was hard to book them. It was a fiasco. They kept calling and cancelling appointments. So hard to book them. I do not have a really big house and the cleaner was at my home for hours. They are nice people, just inefficient. The work was fine.

Didn't I already pay for this service? I sent them an email with some good times and days for me and they never even had the courtesy to call me and set up an appointment. Very disappointed with the company. . Will never use angies deals again and will make sure to tell friends needing window cleaning to never call sparkle.

Provider showed up on time, was very courtious and professional. Windows were done pretty well, but I did notice a few streaks after they left.

They were promptly here at the appointed time, did an excellent job, even cleaned the sill of the sliding glass doors. Very careful not to get the carpeting dirty after cleaning the outside of the windows. I will be telling my neighbors about them.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it was just fine.

We have truly pitiful windows but Tony takes great care in making them look great. We use him every time he has an offer that includes current customers. He is pleasant and professional

He was punctual, polite and friendly. The windows look good for the most part, however a few were not clean on the edges. He forgot the window in the master bath even though I had showed it to him before he started.

Uriel called shortly before arriving and arrived within the time window (not a play on words). He was very professional and very good. He was careful to take care of our property and did a very good job. Yes, we would recommend and would use again.

I contacted Sparkle three times at the number provided. All calls went to an answering machine. The first two calls went unanswered although I waited approximately three weeks between calls. On the third call I said something to the effect of "this is my third try, I'll be contacting Angie if no response". Here I did receive a timely response and the appointment was set up with the scheduler claiming no idea of why there was no response to my first calls. The cleaner showed up as scheduled, was friendly, professional and worked quickly. Maybe a little to speedily as I later noticed a few areas here and there which would have benefited from a little detail work, with one of those spots obviously "missed". I did not recontact the company, given that the "misses" were small in area and figuring that this is the rainy season -- "clean" only lasts till the next rain storm anyway. I would use again, but only if my initial call is quickly returned.

The window washer was pretty late but explained he had a flat tire and I was OK with this. He promptly got to work and did a great job. He cleaned the windows inside and out, window sills, and screens. One of the screens broke during cleaning. He said he would replace it at his cost but I felt it was an old screen and gave him the money. The company followed through and replaced the screen. Great service.

They did a really good job. We didn't have any complaints. We had to pay $30 more because we had more windows than those covered in the special. They were very nice. I would use them again. I thought their prices were reasonable.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It worked out fine. It was 30 something windows which was below the specified number of windows needed for the Big Deal. They were prompt and did a good job. They were courteous. It was great. The work was satisfactory.

It was excellent. There were four guys out here and they finished it up really quickly. They said in the future we can request the same crew. I will be using them again.

The service worked out fine and there were no extra charges. They came out to do the work about a week after I purchased the coupon. They were able to handle the job and they were clean. They were very efficient and they did not waste any time. They got the job done and they were very good. The windows were very clean.

All went well except for the fact that the representative did not seem to know how to remove the screens, which were on the outside, bottom of all windows. Since he had to remove the screens to clean the outside botton-half of the windows, he indicated that he knew how when I asked him. Unfortunately, he DID NOT. As a result, all of our screens were pryed out with a small spackel tool from the bottom of each window. They were crimped due to this procedure. After the job, I noticed that none of the screens were properly set in the tracks, as they were crimped. Later, my husband had to try to uncrimp them, taking them out of each window after the job was finished. One screen needed to be replaced. The cleaning was great! The screen removal was a disaster and if we need window cleaning services again, we will certainly be sure the provider knows how to remove our screens first.

Got an immediate appointment. Tony arrived on time, did an excellent job and I plan to set up a scheduled service.

Uriel arrived precisely on time at 9am. We had bought a coupon for 30 "panes" to be cleaned inside and out (about 1/2 price). Our windows are floor to ceiling and Uriel determined that there were 18 additional "panes" ("pane" was never defined, at $3/pane so our total bill for about 12 (hard to count because some are doors and some are off-size) approx 6x10 ft sheets of glass. He worked NONSTOP from 9 to 2 and the windows have never looked so clean! There was no mess, no drips, and he had to work around lots of stuff both inside and out. I am very impressed with both Uriel and the company. I will definitely use them again and would especially ask for Uriel.
