VERY WELL..WINDOWS SPARKLED

They came in and introduced themselves. They asked me if I just wanted the promotion (I had a coupon from Angie's list for $65 for 30 windows in and out) or if I wanted all my widows cleaned. They were nice not pushy. I asked them to let me know how much more it would be. i have a big house. I have 75 windows of many sizes. Some are very large (over 10 FT). They quoted me an amount and I was surprised on how good the deal was. I asked them to go ahead and clean them all. They were fast, careful, quite and very professional. They were also very neat. They came, they cleaned and they left!!! I was so happy. I will never have to ask my husband to clean them again (he never did a good job and complained all the time). Thank you.

This worked out just fine. I am unsure if there was a limit on the windows. They told me they would do it again at the same price as the deal if needed since my house is smaller and one story. They asked for three days and times for scheduling and came on one of those days. I think the two guys did a great job with the windows and were great to work with.

The two men arrived on time, cleaned the inside and outside windows, moved and returned furniture as needed. They did an excellent job and I would definitely hire them again.

I called and left a message then emailed him to set up an appointment and never heard back from him. My coupon expired and I lost the $49. Won't do THAT again...

It was pretty good. The one thing that I thought they didn't do very well is the the window tracks, it didn't seem as clean as I've had other people do. I think they need to be more conscientious about the window tracks.

Cleaned all of our windows/sliding glass doors inside and out including screens, even our 13' windows! Tony is terrific. Purchased the Angie's List special big deal and paid only $65 for 30 panes. Will definitely use them again.

Very professional, efficient, hard working, good window washing technique. Tony got on a ladder and cleaned our 10-foot high picture windows with short-handled equipment. He also knew how to open the panes in our Pella double-pane windows. He cleaned a spot of glue on the inside of one of the panes, left there by the contractor. They also did not require me to move anything. Our windows are all sparkling, no streaking at all. I've asked Tony to come back and repair a sliding door screen that is too large to put in our car and take to Ace. They also worked on removing some calcium deposits on the outside of our picture window.

They were great, I have nothing bad to say about them. They were thorough and I am going to have them come back and clean the window that has a really heavy build up of calcium on it. I am also going to have them do our mirrors. It will only be $20 for that service. Our windows look great. They are the best. The price was great. We found them on Angie's List and we have had them out twice before. They came when they said they would. They knew exactly what they were doing. We will use them once or twice a year. We will use them again.

Work done very professionally. Initial quote covered only 20 windows, which the provider didn't tell me in advance. Wanted a few more done, for which I paid an additional charge. Overall, price was still reasonable.

It was the outside of all the windows that badly needed cleaning, and that's what I asked them to do - just the outsides. My home is one story, and the two men were able to get to all the windows and screens in about one hour. I very much appreciated looking out of clean windows, for a change, and plan to have this done more often than in the past ; ) Incidentally, I contacted Sparkle based on a deal being offered.

Everything went very smoothly. It was easy to make the appointment for a time convenient for me. Tony and Ricardo arrived on time, after calling to say they were on their way. They simply did a great job and we will definitely use them again.

I accidentally set up an appointment with a different company and going to use them since they are here. It had nothing to do with Sparkle, I use them before and they did a good job.

Service was great and my windows are very clean. I will use again.

Overall, the cleaner did a fine job but missed one small outside window. I was impressed with the cleaner's meticulous effort. I will likely hire this company again and would recommend them to others.

Tony called ahead to confirm the appointment and came when he said he would. He gave me an estimate that was very reasonable for all my windows that have many panes. He told me about how long it would take and it was a correct estimate. He went about his business efficiently and quietly. He cleaned up after himself and even cleaned the screens. My windows look great! They certainly sparkle. I will definitely use them again.

A little mix-up in the beginning when we called them for an appointment and a very cheerful woman set up our requested date and time and even gave us the names of the workers. Several days later they called us to insure that we make an appointment and they had no record of the previous call but she was able to give us the same date and time. I didn't mark them down for this because they initiated the call to us recognizing (from their records) that we needed an appointment. This was the $65 special and they already had our payment and the needed contact Information. The workers were on time and did a complete cleaning in about 1 hour. They were fast, careful and did an excellent job. We will use them again at their full price for job.

I was told by the woman who answered their phone that they would be here by 10, but they did not arrive until after one which did not allow him to do the job. We rescheduled. On the day of the second appointment, the woman called and said they could not come at that time. Then she called back and said they could. Except for the time issues, I was very satisfied with the service they provided. ;

They did a great job and they were fast. I was confused because they have a very very similar business name to another window cleaning firm in Tucson that I had used before. Both companies are called Sparkle Window Cleaning.
