Matt arrived during the appointed one hour time designated. He did a very thorough job and even removed some paint flecks he found. He also took the time to show me how to remove the sliders because I had tried and failed. Since this is a "new" home for us and they appeared quite dirty I cleaned the tracks of the sliders before he washed the windows. He put everything back in its place. Windows look great. Angie's list coupon saved $.

Be certain you understand the scope of work to be performed. I assumed that the window tracks would be cleaned as well as the windows. This is the second time I used Sparkle. Their window washing is excellent. I called and spoke to Clarice and told her I wasn’t happy with the window tracks. She sent someone out. He was 2 hours late and very angry and intimidating. He quite loudly told me they don’t do the tracks. He said they would have to open every window to do that. That is a separate job that they bring a vacuum for. He went to two of the windows and took his brush and brushed dirt out of the tracks. The dirt was left right where he brushed it. I also mentioned that some of the screen tabs were on the outside and some were on the inside - not uniform. When I wash screens I will be going back and forth inside and out to remove them. He quite loudly again said that if I wanted him to change them he would but they were put back the way they found them. They were not. By that time I was so frightened and intimidated that I just wanted him out of my house. Just be aware that if you use this Angie’s deal your tracks won’t be cleaned but your windows will Sparkle.

The work went well. Matt was very neat and conscientious in his work. Having never had my windows cleaned by a professional company was so much better than my when I did it myself. I had not compared prices so Iam uncertain about how competitive the price was.

Ok, we had to provide a hose, which was not a big deal, but the garage floor is painted and it didn't dry quickly, so we also provided a blower, a mop and a broom to try to get the water out of the garage. The worker was very courteous and apologetic that he needed to borrow some equipment, so the work got done but it wasn't seamless.

He was delayed over two hours because of a prior job and no one called to let us know. When he arrived he got right to work and worked dilligenently for over two hours. The windows look really nice. We had 34 window panes and two of them required him to get on the roof to clean. The special was for 40 panes and included 2 sliding doors. The price was $99. Very reasonable.
