I was very impressed with the person who washed the windows in my house. He was punctual, polite and very professional. He did an excellent job cleaning the windows and screens. I definitely would recommend this company and will use them again when my windows need cleaning.

Prompt-and allowed us to do additional screens for the same per price amount. . No complaints. Would use again.

The "add on" windows were expensive. The voucher covered 20, I had $30. I was charged $60 for the extra 10 windows.

He showed up on time and finished in under an hour. The windows look amazing.

I was the owner of a House Cleaning Business for 24 years so my expectations were higher than high. I was pleasantly surprised when the service I received from Sparkle Window Cleaning Service went "WAY"beyond all my expectations. I will hire them again and again and suggest that others choose this wonderful quality company too. No more details needed for this expert job.

Ricardo was our service tech and did a great job. He alone gets the only excellent rating and he is the only reason for a thumbs up. Actually getting someone to the house to perform the work was way too complicated. E-Mails and calls went unanswered right after the purchase. Messages left without return calls. Time elapsed between the time of purchase and day of service was over a month, not because they were busy...just unresponsive Also had one appointment cancelled by provider. Additionally, pricing was thought to be by window and actually was by pane, like two to a window. Thus, had to pay additional $40 on top of offer price to get all windows done. Deceptive....maybe? Any positives in the experience are totally attributable to Ricardo. Otherwise it was pretty much all bad.

I received a phone call around the time I was expecting someone. The caller told me they were running behind schedule and I was given a new ETA. I appreciated that call. The young gentleman (Uriel) that showed up was very polite. I asked him if he would need me to provide anything. He said he had taken a look from the outside at the number & size of our windows and did not believe I exceed the limit. He needed nothing but access to water for his bucket. I told Uriel to come and go (in-and-out) at will. Uriel worked very efficiently and quickly. The results were amazing. He did a wonderful job making my windows "sparkle". Thank you Sparkle Window Cleaning. I look forward to using your services again.

Did a great job with all the windows. Even went back and redid one window that looked less than perfect. Nice work and at a reasonable price.

Good job except for the screens, they onlyt dusted them off instead of washing them. Windows were very clean though.

Windows were okay but the screens were not clean. They are solar screens and it looks like a wet rag was swiped over them. One screen was bent on the lower frame. I called and asked that at least he come back and fix the bent screen. The owner was suppose to come and look at the work on Apr. 7 but never showed up. I called again and still have not heard from him. It has been a week since he missed the appt.
