When I first called them the salesman came bye was very nice. The installers arrived on time. Installed the gutter the paint matched very well with older gutters. The whole job only took a little over an hour.

They were very responsive and on time and seemed to know what they were doing. The price was a bit more expensive than their competitors. However, the young man (Jason?) who visited me engaged in a bit of a hard sell, boasting of how their company does the gutters for many large local institutions and corporations (not very helpful as I generally prefer to support local small businesses). He also stated that theirs is the only licensed and bonded gutter company in Tucson. Clearly that is not true. I found this extremely off-putting and decided then and there not to use them regardless of the price.

I'm very happy with the completed work and quality of the gutters. Estimator and installers showed up on time. Just over two weeks passed between getting the estimation and completing the work - a much shorter time frame than I expected in July in Tucson. They worked with me on finding a solution on the front of the house that was unobtrusive. They left a sample tab with me for matching paint colors. SAZRG might cost a bit more than other companies, but you get a reliable product and professional installation. As for doing it myself, forget it.

I called and we set up an appointment within the week. They measured and showed us models and helped with advice on sizes and expenses, dissuading us from our first choice made on line to larger, less expensive cisterns. After they left, we called with a revised color choice. No problem. The systems were installed on the day stated and everything has worked wonderfully ever since.

Jason visited first. I asked for his recommendations A-Z for a new steel cistern and it's install. He was very patient, thorough and even made aesthetic recommendations for placement (much better than mine). He provided a rough sketch and free estimate. I called the office to set the install date and make a deposit. The crew of 3 came as promised, on time, with everything on hand. Very efficient, intelligent, pleasant bunch finished the job right on schedule, even though I asked for a last minute mod. Well coordinated and thoroughly explained job. Very impressive company. And I'm happy to say it just rained and I will have guilt-free, city water-free lemons soon.

It went great. Scheduling was easy (Janice answers the phone and she's efficient and professional). Shawn Over did our estimate, which involved walking the perimeter of the house and making decisions about downspout locations, etc. He was very professional and easy to work with. The estimate was really a plan, with dollar amounts estimated based on labor hours estimated. The final job came in slightly under because we modified the work plan. Installation went well; trenching happened fast with good clean-up; and everything was super smooth. This company is top-notch.

SAGR was requested to give us a quote for new guttering in the front of a new house and around a patio. Jason showed up, had one way of doing everything, made derogatory comments about the development, houses, people, etc. He did not appear to be interested in our business or presenting a good face for his company, and in general, was not very helpful. Even though his quote was $300 less than the competition, he didn't get the job.

They did a wonderful job on the gutters. We have had a lot of rain since the installation and they work perfectly. When they did the initial installation they did not have one of the three cisterns or the tops for the other two. They brought them the following week when they came to repair a leak in one of the cisterns. The installation of one of the cisterns was very difficult as it was between a decorative cement block wall and the garage wall and they did it without damaging anything even tho' it would not fit through the gate and they had to lift it over the wall. The supervisors name was Brian and he and his crew were very professional and pleasant. They cleaned up everything before they left and took the old gutters. We would definitely recommend them and would call them again if we had a need.

They are very fast and efficient. I thought it looked good even though there is not much to see. They dug all around my house to lay new pipes and when they were finished you could hardly tell that they were there. Everything was done accordingly and I am very happy with this company.

My husband called to set up an appointment for an estimate. They were to come to the house between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00. My husband stayed home from work so that he could confer with them. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP, THEY DIDN'T CALL.

The company was very professional and they did an excellent job with the replacement. They were careful and clean and finished the job really fast considering how damaged the old gutter was. They provided a great service with great quality.

Competent, good work. The lid had to be back ordered. I called to check on its installation and was told it would be delivered on a Friday. No one showed up and no one called to explain why. I gave them another week and called again. At that time they told me that the first lid didn't fit properly and that they'd try and deliver a new one the next day. They did. They did a good job and my dog even liked them.

THEIR QUALITY OF WORK WAS EXCELLENT! WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE TIME THEY TOOK TO INSTALL ALL THE GUTTERS. THIS COMPANY WAS VERY RESPONSIVE, WHEN I ASKED TO HAVE THEM COME IN ON ANOTHER DAY DUE TO MY HUSBAND BEING ILL.

ITS SO NICE TO KNOW THAT WHEN IT RAINS MY GUTTERS WILL NOT OVER FLOW. I WAS VERY PLEASED THAT THEY PUT EVERYTHING DIRECTLY INTO THE TRASH SO THE THEY DIDN'T HAVE TO CLEAN IT UP LATER.

I CHOSE THEM BECAUSE THEY WERE A LOCAL COMPANY, AND I BELIEVE IN SUPPORTING OUR LOCAL BUSINESSMEN. THEY DID A DECENT JOB REPLACING THE GUTTERS, AND THEY WORK WELL. I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS FAIRLY DECENT ALSO.
