Description of Work: My daughter was driving to phoenix on I-10 and a rock damaged her windshield badly enough that she had to have it immediately repaired. Safelite was very responsive to the situation and was able to repair it in a timely manner.

Description of Work: They put in a B-grade windshield on my Audi. Because I was in a time-crunch, I went with it. They told me this after they had already taken it out. The young man was doing what he was told. It's his boss who I really blame.

Description of Work: Work was replacing a chipped windshield. Was paid by insurance. Happened in summer of 2015. Work was excellent. He arrived when he said he would, told me what was going to happen and left clear instructions after the work i.e. let the car sit in the shade for an hour wait x amount of time before going to a car wash etc.

Description of Work: The service was fine. They did a windshield replacement. This is the second windshield that I have had installed in less than a year. The first one they replaced in January of last year and that one cracked spontaneously while I was at work. I personally think that it might have been a defect of the install or the glass. They did do the replacement and still charged my insurance company. They were lovely to work with.

Description of Work: I used them a while ago. Sometimes I get good service and sometimes I don’t. The last time he had to re-due the work that another employee didn’t do properly. That has happened to me twice.
