Process was incredibly easy. I received an email with a picture of the person who was coming before he arrived - nice touch. The tech was on time and his estimate of how long the job would take was accurate.

Quick and professional service. Dropped truck off, went to eat lunch, and by the time I returned, it was finished. The insurance was charged for the repair. If windshield requires replacement, a credit of the portion paid for the repair will be deducted. Quick and professional service.

Great! In California on vacation. Windshield cracked while on the road. Safelite arranged for California counterpart to come out and replace glass.

Everyone with Safelite was professional but more to the point, they were approachable and super easy to talk to. It irritates me when people try to talk over your head like they have to prove that they are the expert but this totally did not happen with Safelite. They were available when we showed up for the appointment, did the work effectively and efficiently and had my son back on the road quickly. I especially liked how they took the time to explain to a new car owner how to take care of the windshield and recommended things that would protect our investment for a long time.

They replaced my auto windshield and did a fantastic job. My auto has one of the more difficult windshields to replace. The young man did a fantastic job and kept the shop open more than an hour past closing time so he could finish my car. It was very clear that he works to very high quality standards.

My insurance covered the cost and I would absolutely use them again.

I wished they would have worked faster.

They have replaced my glass. One time they didn’t finish the job and he wanted me to do that. I had to call them back twice.

I am very satisfied with the entire procedure and would call on Safelite at any time in the future and will happily refer Safelite to anyone needing their services. The service person was careful of my car's finish. He cleaned the windshield and the remaining windows. He vacuumed the floor areas of the front and the rear seats. I was impressed with his knowledge and the outcome of the repair. They're tops in the field of windshield repair.

He arrived on time. Was very professional and thorough in replacing my windshield. It was raining and I had the car in the garage. I had problems with another company who refused to do the same work in my garage but it was no issue with this gentleman. I was extremely happy.

He was on time and extremely knowledgeable and fixed two problems, including one we did not know we had.

Could not have been better in every way. On time arrival, perfect installation, finished in 40 minutes. Very thoughtful and articulate technician.

Not good. First of all, when I called to re-schedule the work, I confirmed the truck was a 1997. They showed up on the day with the wrong windshielfd. The work was not rescheduled until I happened to call to see what the status was since I had to go out of town that weekend. I rescheduled te work for that affternoon, telling them the truck had to be driveable by 4:00. The workman came late and the truck was not driveable until 6:30, leaving me sitting on the side of the road in East Tucson outside the garage where the truck had had other work done. The installer called me to tell me he was almost finished, and I told him I was on my way over there. He did not wait the 15 minures it took me to get there. I paid the garage and went to pick up my husband from work. As we reapproached the garage, we saw the installers truck going westbound away from the garage. I called the shop and got a young lady that was rude and chided me for not paying for the work. When I told here that the installer had left without picking up the check, and told her of the problems, she informed me that I would need to mail them a check immediately. I was told the total would be 168.64. I sent the check in. one month later I got a collection notice from Safelite for an additional $35.00. The installer had scratched the back of the hood of my truck, apparantly running the glass down it when he installed it. After numerous calls to Safelite, including the local office and their national office, today I was informeed that the increased cost was the real cost of the windshield minus a $60 discount. They also claimed that the scratches were pre-existing. I will not use the company again. I have informed them of this.

The service technician arrived in the agreed upon time period. He was very efficient in removing the old windshield and replacing it with a new one. He thoroughly cleaned both sides of the new windshield and took away the old one. He was very courteous and professional. I would use them again.

The experience was good. The windows were tinted with the shade I wanted and it looked good when it was finished.

Very good. Tech arrived as scheduled and did a good job with installation. Insurance paid for replacement.

THEY DID A VERY PROFESSIONAL JOB ON MY WINDOWS. THEY WERE FLAWLESS AND I HAVEN'T HAD ANY TROUBLES WITH THEM AT ALL SINCE I HAVE GOT THEM DONE. I WAS VERY PLEASED.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE FACT THAT THE MAN FROM MAVERICK GLASS CAME OUT TO MY HOUSE AND REPLACED MY WINDSHIELD, INSTEAD OF ME HAVING TO DRIVE OR HAVE MY CAR TOWED. HE DID A REALLY GOOD JOB.

MY HUSBAND AND I WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE WAY THINGS TURNED OUT. THE WINDOWS LOOK GREAT AND THE MEN WERE ALL VERY FRIENDLY. THEY ANSWERED ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS.
