The company was very responsive. They returned to make sure the problem was fixed. I felt the company is interested in being fair and responsible.

In January 2015, used them for several different repairs on our tile roof. Very good with contacting us, sending emails and phoning about their schedule. Cleaned up site. April: Called them back out to the house to give quote on tile removal for kitchen remodel, work to be done in June: came out, gave us quote, I signed contract, they lost the paperwork- scheduled us for July 22nd. That doesn't work for our kitchen remodel and they knew June was the target date. Now we are frantically looking for a roofer. I will never use them again (unless I have to take advantage of their warranties) and will share our experiences with our friends and neighbors.

Excellent, it hasn't leaked since. They gave me an estimate and scheduled the time that they could do it, and showed up on that day, and finished the job in the time they had allocated to do it. It was the same price that they had quoted, there were no problems, and I was quite happy.

Excellent job overall. The roof has been repaired and doesn't leak now. They provided prompt quotes. Then scheduled the appointment. They showed up on time, were courteous, cleaned up when finished, and did quality work. I would hire them again and recommend the to others. Excellent work overall!

Estimator was on time. I asked for a report on current condition of our flat roof. He said all vents and duct work could benefit from resealing, scuppers could use chipping and resealing and apply new titanium paint over all new work. Otherwise roof looks good for a few more years. Estimator showed me where the vents needed attention and I agreed. Also pointed out some minor buckling along some joints, about 1 inch wide and high. Explained this is not a sign of anything bad underneath but advised me to monitor each year. Tiny cracks in paint along seam will be first sign it needs attention at which time they can remove existing seal, apply rubber patch and reseal and paint. Agreed to have work done on what is needed at this time. Made appointment for about two weeks later. Workers arrived on time. Courteous, clean, entirely professional. Explained what they were doing and why. Very good work in all respects, cleaned up everything when they left. Very satisfied.

Took a bit of time to come out due to heavy booking after some storms in the area. Came out as scheduled, returned next day to finish job. So far, so good. Roof looks solid, no issues thus far. At this point would definitely patronize again if (hopefully not) the need arises. Angie's list discount made their already good price even better. Referred them to a neighbor who needs some similar work done.

We waited 2 weeks for them to show up. The day before our appointment, they called and postponed for several more days. On the morning they were to appear after the postponement, they cancelled. We did not reschedule.

Two professional and kind men, Antonio and Hugo, came to the house within 3 hours of my call to Roofsavers. They fixed our roof and came back the next day to paint the area of repairs with kool kote. I was suprised that they got it all done, on a fiercely hot and humid day. Just in time, it rained HARD last night and we were dry inside -- no leaks! This company stands behind their warranty and service. We need a new roof but are so glad to have hired Roofsavers to take care of the leaks as we budget for our new roof. Thank you to Antonio and Hugo for their hard work and their genuine concern for our family.

Exceptional communication from start to finish. Very detailed estimate and description of work to be performed. They scheduled the work, and reconfirmed it a few days before it was done. The workers introduced themselves, explained what their process was and made sure to answer any questions we had. They took precautionary steps to protect our property. It was a two day job. The work was done very professionally. Both days the workers surveyed the entire perimeter of the house looking for debris or any required clean-up. This company gives a person confidence that things will be done right.

It wasn't great. I had to have them come back out and the roof leaked. It wasn't great. In the end I am satisfied, but there was a lot of stuff in the middle that wasn't good. That's the thing with these things, you don't know if the work is good. I don't know. I didn't get on the roof and look.

Antonio and Hector arrived around 8:30AM. Antonio gave me a summary of what they were going to do and immediately went to work. The noise was minimal (my wife slept through it all!). Upon completion Antonio gave me details of the job, pointing out where the leak was located and what action was taken. He assured me the leak into me ceiling was repaired. There was no trash or any evidence of work performed on my property. These guys are true professionals. I called their office to pay my bill with a credit card and found the rep very gracious. She noted the 5% Angie's List discount of $63.65, which makes membership very worthwhile!

Was very pleased with the exception of the skylight issue. Have used them in the past with the old roof and thought they did a good job at that time as well (sometime in the 80s).

They came in on time. They did the work and I think they went above and beyond and they didn’t charge anything extra. I just recommend them.

I requested an appointment to inspect the roof for coating and general condition. They arrived as scheduled, and were professional. They said the roof did not require any work or coating at this time. It's refreshing not to get a sales pitch. I understand why others have recommended an trust them. Will use them when I need coating or a repair

Alberto and crew arrived early and begin working immediately on the roof repairs. He was very pleasant to deal with. He and his crew member finished the job before noon. I reviewed everything on the contract that had to be done before issuing payment, and he assured me that the task were all performed. I did a walk around later to see the parts of the roof repairs that were visible , and found everything to be in tact.

The repaired a portion of the roof instead of me having to replace the entire roof. I was unavailable, so I had to work through their office. They were very accommodation with everything including method of payment. Love them!!

We replaced the entire roof. I believe Locke was busy and did not wish to undertake a whole roof, so did not give an honest inspection. I was also told by their inspector that an entire roof could cost as much as $20,000. We replaced our roof for $8000. Hmmm. Locke was more interested in managing their work load than meeting our needs.

Excellent service and communication via email and telephone. Ricardo gave us estimate and explained what was going on with the roof. Very clear. Reasonable price!

Roofsavers Locke has been awesome to work with. They've been on time and professional for estimates and actual work. This was a fantastic experience. The inspection and quote was delivered on Thursday ... as was the call for a quote. Workers (3) showed up on Friday morning at 7:30 and worked furiously and finished the entire job by 11:00am. They power washed and dried the entire surface first. Applied a high quality polymer (white) that showed superior qualities. All pipers were resealed. 1/3 of the roof was coated twice where water had pooled. The rest of the roof had a single coat as quoted. The evaporative cooler was removed from the ductwork, mounted on 4 legs and sealed at the interface. Most excellent workmanship.
