Description of Work: I had a leak in my tile roof, the estimator came, took a look and quickly determined the cause of the problem. Several tiles had broken and the underlayment had been damaged. They took up a large section of tile to replace the underlayment and replaced other broken and slipped tiles. They were very courteous and did great work.

Description of Work: The representative told me I might not need a roofer. He believed the water damage was coming from damaged stucco and said this should be fixed first. If, after that repair, water damage continued, I should call him back. There was no charge. The representative was prompt, friendly, professional and very clear in explaining what the problems could be and what needed to be done and in what order.

Description of Work: I called ROOFSAVERS LOCKE ROOFING for a quote on some roof repairs needed on a new purchase. They came out very quickly, and after looking at the roof I was given a quote of about $200.00 to repair a bubble in the decking, and replace all of the seals around the vents. When I looked at the roof, I really thought the repairs would be over a thousand! These guys are very professional, honest, and prompt! I would use them again in a minute.
