They were very busy and it was a rainy season so it took about a month for them to get to me, but once they started, they moved fast to get me in ahead of coming rains. Their employees were all very polite and worked hard. Left my yard cleaner than it was when they arrived. It was an older roof that hadn't had much care for awhile, but their treatment brought it back to a solid roof. They did a great job and it comes with a five year guarantee.

Allen and his team were on time and did an excellent, thoroughly professional job. The team members were not only very competent, they also were quite nice to deal with. They were clean and quiet and the roof looked beautiful when they were finished. Without hesitation, we would recommend this company.

On-time. Courteous. Did the work as agreed. No messes made. Cleaned up all debris. Couldn't tell they had been here except now the roof looks great!!

Allen came out within a couple of days from us contacting the company to give us an estimate. Since they were booked out a few weeks, they repaired a leak (no charge), while we waited for the job to be completed.

Excellent! They were prompt in both the estimate & service. It rained the day they coated the roof. I called about it, and the next day someone came to inspect it and fixed 2 spots. Very professional!

A thorough inspection was done on our roof by a polite company rep. All aspects of the needed roofing were explained very clearly & concisely. Power wash done several days before the other 2 roofers came to complete the job. Work done on time, very satisfactorily, with good final clean-up of area.

Perfect-they were in communication throughout the 2 step procedure-cleaned one day-3 days later when the roof was dry (rained in between so was postponed for a day) They coated it-several men came to do it.

It's not too often that I come away from hiring a company to do a job and feel absolutely impressed by the professionalism of their staff and workers and the quality of their work. This company really understands the concept of business success through customer satisfaction. Roof Coating Specialists is a family owned and operated business that specializes in maintenance and repair of flat roofs. They seem to have mastered every aspect of this niche market and are extremely patient in working with their clients. Having been a manager myself, I am not the easiest customer, because I do my research and want to understand every aspect of what I am paying for. I actually had six additional estimates done on my roof and was "rooftop" with each and every estimator. I was impressed with the attention to details, such as three-course sealing of all vents and pond areas, chipping out and three-course sealing of all scuppers, sealing all skylights, and carefully applying a proper coat of "formulated for Arizona" elastomeric. It's always such a good feeling to end up supporting a family-owned, "you built it", American business! Congratulations and thank you Roof Coating Specialists!

Workers showed up on time and completed the job professionally. They left the home in pristine condition. Great job.

Came promptly to quote project. Explained in detail the job. Told us when he would do it. Came when he said, left with no mess to clean up.

It went good. There are at least three or four crew. They are reasonably priced.

I had a deadline and they finished the work 3 days ahead of my deadline. They were on time, and did exactly what they said they would do. Very professional. I am very pleased.

As far as I can tell, everything went very well. They were prompt, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. Only time, sun and rain will tell the whole story, and I have a 5 year warranty, so I am sure all will be well.

I called them because I had a bad roof leak during one of the December storms. Joe came out and inspected the entire roof and located the problem. He explained what the problem was in terms that I could understand and I decided to have the entire roof re-coated after the leak was repaired. The crew was out a couple of days later to take care of the leak, and I was scheduled to have the rest of the work done. I know this is a busy season due to all the rains and leaks, so I was happy that they took care of the leak so that I had no worries while I waited to have the rest of the work done. The entire crew is professional, friendly, and punctual. They cleaned up all the areas they'd worked in when they were finished. I am especially pleased with the 5 year warranty and highly recommend this company's work.

.I manage a 55+ mobile home park and many are on fixed incomes . I sent out 6 letters to roofing contractors to help 12 seniors with their roof leaks and Joe was the only one to respond. He asked me to get a list of seniors homes that needed repairs. I went to his office and saw a very professional run business #1. We sat and talked about what the problems where and he offered to fix all the roofs for FREE yes FREE we agreed that there must be more people and companies, that are willing to help our seniors. He is ending out roofing technicians to fix these very deserving seniors roofs. They are so thrilled that there is at least one roofing company that isn't in this world for the $$$$ but for the wonderful blessed feeling of helping. There are hundreds of roofers and other companies that could help or even offer to help our seniors [ the forgotten minor] everyone today helps families--well guess what ? the families would not be here without Grandma & Grandpa.
