Really good work at a really good price.

We have been using Roof Coating Specialist since we moved into our home in 2000. They installed our poly-membrane system and they come back every 5 years to recoat and warrantly their work. We have been absolutely thrilled with all the years of service from this company. I would not recommend another.

The contractors themselves were nice; however, my contract was not met. my contract stated: 1. The roof will be thoroughly cleaned using a high pressure power washer. 2. Wrap and seal the base area of all protrusions using poly membrane. 3. Resurface the scuppers into their transfer pans using poly membrane. 4. Install poly membrane to the base of the AC stand. My appointment was supposed to be in the morning and they did not show up until 130 in the afternoon and were only here about 1.5 hours. There is no way all of that was done in that time period. I think they sealed only and left.

I have had multiple leaks since initial coating of roof. Guys come out and do something on the roof to repair. It has leaked in the same places again. In one case, it started leaking in a totally different room. I have asked for a contractor to come out and evaluate it, but he/she hasn't come. I can't have the inside repaired from the leaks because it keeps happening.

Needed a new roof coating treatment. They were quite expensive and had a backlog of two months, but went ahead with them anyways since had a good reference. They did the work, but they were sloppy. Got lots of tiny white dots on chairs and tables that didn't come out when I had to wash them (since they did not clean up mess). Also had these tiny white on some corners of solar panels, which again they did not clean up and I had to wks later when I finally noticed how sloppy of a job they did.

They were awesome, worked hard, were very polite and did great work! I wouldn’t use any other company fur my flat roof! The best roofer I’ve ever had in Tucson, bar none! Barbara

The Roof Coating Specialists, Inc. was very good to work with; they were helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. They checked the roof for maintenance needs, then provided what I believe was a very fair estimate for the preliminary work plus the roof coating. They answered all my questions. They were prompt, efficient workers, and I would definitely use their roofing services again.

This company gets my A+ review. I called them for an estimate and they came out within the week. It was the busy season and they had a four week wait unless I had a leak, which I did not. This was fine with us since I had called late in the season. I paid half the fee over the phone. Exactly four weeks later they called to schedule. I did not have to track them down. They came when they said they would. They performed the work as requested. There is a 5 year warranty for leaks. I am very pleased with this company. I would use them again and also refer the company to anyone who needs work.

We've used this company for 5 years. They are professional, on-time, efficient, do quality work, and don't try to sell you things you don't need. They clean up after the job. They provide a 5 year roof warranty. I have no hesitation regarding recommending this company.

This is my second experience with Roof Coating Specialists. As with the first job, everything on the roof and surrounding parapets etc was prepared thoroughly before the elastomeric was applied. I find it impressive that they even paint any worn areas around and over the parapets. The work comes with a five year warranty. A+ rating all around

Roof coating was standard, good price. When power-washing roof, crew got my brand new gutters dirty with run-off and cleaned them up when I mentioned that. Told me a couple of skylights were starting to crack (all very old). Couple of weeks later, I noticed a large crack in skylight right before monsoon. Came out immediately and recommended I replace five, good price. Noticed another skylight with crack during job and replaced that one too. Had misunderstanding about color of one of the skylights and replaced immediately. Very fast, efficient. They had to come back because of the misunderstanding and did it same day. Rained couple of days later. No leaks. Price noted for coating and 6 skylights.

Instead of just repairing the leak, I was quoted for repairing and re-coating the entire roof, complete with a five-year warranty. The offer was so good I couldn't turn it down. The work was completed just before an expected rainstorm and so far no further leaking, and I feel confident should there be any problems they'll be around to honor their warranty.

Everyone at this company was very courteous and professional. Great customer service! Allen and Sean impressed me with their knowledge and willingness to answer my questions. I was always able to reach Lindsay in the office and she was very helpful in arranging the appointments for the work to be done. The roofers were on time to do the powerwash and roof coating and they paid attention to details to be sure the roof was coated and sealed well. Thank you!

Everything went very well. Everyone I spoke to or met with was very professional and friendly, including the office staff. Alan (the estimator), the guy who did the pressure washing, and the guys who did the coating, were exactly on time, and answered all my questions. The work was done quickly and cleanly, and they were careful with my solar panels.

Seems to have gone well. The provider did all the things we agreed to. Now, just waiting for another storm to see if the repairs fixed the issues. Great warranty should their me more issues.

It went well. They came when they said and I've a leak-free monsoon season. Alan was very patient with me and answered all my questions. I didn't compare prices on the new roof, but the price they quoted me for recoating was considerably more than I paid three years. Hence my "C" rating for price. Can't speak directly about the price for the new roof. I will use them again.
