Allen Promptly came out to our house to estimate the job. He answered all our questions. We got three other bids. All three cost less. The job with the roof coating specialist was done as scheduled with a high quality workmanship.

Alan the roofer was punctual, knowledgeable and courteous. Does excellent work.

A little hard to schedule, but company worked around me. Left area clean. Arrived on time.

The company was very busy at the time, and could not do the re-roofing until several weeks later. However they did come out immediately to patch the worst areas so that the roof leaks were stopped until they could do the full replacement. That meant a lot to my mom. It also meant a lot to our family, as we are all out of state and could not help directly. We relied on Angie's list for recommendations and are very pleased with results.

These guys do quality work at a fair price and are completely professional.

Res cleaned my roof a couple of weeks before coating my cleaned 17 again just before coating path mosh mat. Then laid mat and applied first coat and pats later applied second and final coat of rubber bed coating replaced a water softener drain that was drained. Did a great job.

Work performed 26 weeks after initial 1/2 down payment given. Was out of town when work done. They did not re faster drip edge & apply 6" membrane around perimeter. I had to inspect it & saw that time was not done! I had to call them & get them to come & finish! They after the initial work done because the thought they were done: because they installed a new roof 5 yrs ago & I need to use them for sealing to keep warranty effective.

They promptly came by our house to provide an estimate, that was cheaper than most other estimates we got (and didn't take weeks to get the estimate either). When we where scheduled for work, they pressure washed the roof one day, and performed the work another day. They showed up when they said they where going to, cleaned up (like they where never here). Couldn't ask for better service.

This company was great to work with! The roof on a rental we own leaked whenever it rained. I called Roof Coating Specialists, and they promptly sent out someone to assess the roof and give an estimate. Their first availability was 4 weeks out, so they temporarily patched the leaky spots. When the scheduled day approached, there was rain in the forecast so the date was pushed back. This happened several times and they called me each time to let me know. They were finally able to complete the job and sent me the warranty right away. I would highly recommend RCS.

Dominic, Lance, and one other person did a great job. First they power washed the roof of both buildings; four days later (after it dried) they cleaned, wrapped, and sealed the base of all protrusions, resurfaced inside of all scuppers, installed 20" polymembrane to all cricket areas. On main house they removed and patched old solar brackets and replaced 5 skylights (finding a couple of damaged ones that the home inspector had missed!). On the casita they installed a polymembrane layer system on roof, parapets, and caps, and top-coated with synthetic stucco. On both houses they top coated with one coat of highly reflective white elastomeric coating. Five year warranty. We are delighted with the results and the quality of workmanship.

I got two bids on the job, and was very satisfied with the attention to detail that the estimator (Allen) devoted to inspecting and evaluating the roofs of the main house and adjacent casita. His bid was less than half that of his competitor, so I said "do it." Monsoon season is a busy one for roofers, and I had to have the roof prepared before a new solar system could be installed. Lindsey and Terri were very accommodating in booking the job as soon as possible, and kept me informed of the schedule. Lance arrived on schedule on Aug. 26 to power wash both roofs, and on Aug. 30 Dominic and his crew arrived on time to do all the contracted work, which included installing a poly membrane to the parapets and caps on the casita and top coat with synthetic stucco (because that roof was not in as good a shape as the roof on the main house). Total square footage of roof coating: 4,040 sq. ft. on the main house and 700 sq. ft. on the casita. All but one of the contracted skylights have been replaced (measurements were incorrect for one, and Dominic said he would order it and return to install it at a later date). Because the roofers considered the existing roof of the main house to be in good shape, they applied only one coat of elastomeric coating--but since they included a 5-year warranty I was okay with that!

It went very well. After some delays because of rain, the work went smoothly. I was advised in a timely manner if there was to be a delay due to weather. My central air conditioning unit started leaking water into the furnace room and the company sent people out to help trouble shoot the source of water. It turned out to be the air conditioner and had nothing to do with the roof. After I had a new air conditioning unit installed, the company sent a roofer to make sure that no damage was done to the roof. I highly recommend Roof Coating Specialist, Inc.

Good, I was worried about rain that occurred a few hours after but they assured me everything looked good. It seems like they did the power washing & coating rather quickly, and I'm hoping I didn't pay too much! I didn't get a lot of estimates.

Excellent. The crew came and power washed the roof one day, then the next day they applied the first coat, went somewhere else for a while, and then came back to apply the second and final coat. The crew also coated the roof on my shed, which was a nice bonus. The work was done quickly, quietly, and professionally. The crew uses a spray coating mechanism to lay the coating down, and there was no evidence of unseemly overspray. They moved all the lines and cables on the roof and coated the roof perfectly. We have about 4,000 square feet of roof.

There was a crew of 4 that worked very closely together. Everything was accomplished according to the contract in a professional manner. Communication was excellent.

Dominick & Anthony arrived at 6:00 am as scheduled and worked non- stop until 9:30 am. They did an excellent job and answered my questions about condition of roof. They offered to show me results and when I declined, they offered to take pictures to show me. Excellent job!

Very easy to book the job, timely completion, fair price.

Contractor showed up on time to power-wash roof. Two days later, as planned, roofers came to do roof repair, remove coolers, seal, and coat. They completed the job in about 5 hours. I called them back to remove the 90 degree elbow from the sidedraft cooler. This required some unplanned electrical work, but they made arrangements for an electrician and a roofer to finish the job a few days later. I paid a small fee to the electrician, but no additional charge by the contractor. Very happy with the professionalism and attention to detail. I chose this contractor because they were recommended by friends and because they clearly knew what had to be done to repair the roof. They did not provide the lowest or the highest estimate, but I think I got a fair price for the work.

I selected 4 companies to provide estimates. One company quoted a foam roof on top of the existing roofing, one company quoted a complete removal and rebuild of roof, and two companies quoted adding a poly-membrane system. Quotes ranged from 6800 for the membrane systems to $10,000 for the re-roofing to $17,300 for the foam roof. I decided to go with the membrane system based upon reviews and comments on Angie's list. I chose Roof Coating Specialists as they had the most positive reviews on Angie's list, where A+ listed on BBB and had Angie's list Super Service Awards. After signing the contract, Roof Coating indicated they would start in approx 3 weeks. A week later, they asked to power wash on that Friday and Install on the following Tuesday. Both times they showed up as scheduled, performed the work and cleaned up. The crew was very professional, and obviously knew what they were doing. They installed TieTex T272 roof membrane attached to the roof using an elastomeric bonding and top coating with a spray on elastomeric coating. Four of the six skylights were changed out on the day the roof was coating. The other two skylights were installed several days later. The roof looks better than in the 23 years we have lived in the house. Will update this review after the monsoons hit. At this point, I highly recommend Roof Coating Specialists, Inc.

Roof Coating Specialist, Inc. met our expectations in every way, and gave us a professional, high-quality job. They explained the entire process ahead of time. All service pipes, cooler supports, and other permanent structures on the roof were wrapped, and then they applied a double coating of specially formulated elastomeric product. Work was done carefully, completely, and on time. All the guys were very courteous, and cleaned up the area when they were through. We're very impressed with the results, and highly recommend this company.
