I wanted to leave a praiseworthy message on Angie's List for an estimate that was given on May 9th for my roof. I would say you are one of the most honest roofing companies in Tucson. I was seeking bids from several other roofers that were on Angie's List among yours and you were the only honest roofer that said no work needed to be done on our roof. In fact, Allen said you could almost eat off of our roof. I had other contractors stating repairs to the roof in estimation of 2000 up to $10,000. I was shocked to know that they ended up on Angie's List. If in fact I need any Roofing repairs or I know of other people that need repairs I will definitely recommend roof coating Specialists, as they are honest business people. Excellent job. All patches and repairs completed. Entire roof recoated with elastomeric coating. Will hire these guys again. Very thorough and professional.

Roof had previously had extensive leak damage that had been incorrectly repaired by unskilled workers .Previous work was done by real estate agent who flipped the house. New A/C unit foundation installed. All areas were professionally wrapped and sealed and poly-membrane installed where needed extensively. After water proofing, the roof was thoroughly sealed with a highly reflective white topcoat. Work was performed quickly and professionally.

FANTASTIC COMPANY! Joe, the owner, came out and looked at our roof himself. He was funny and friendly and also very professional. Obviously an expert in his field. Our roof is BEAUTIFUL. We highly recommend Joe and his team for all flat-roof needs. In addition to their great work for those who can pay, Joe gives roofs to people in need. They advertise for nominations and have installed more than a dozen free roofs to deserving recipients in the past two years alone. We are so impressed, and wouldn't consider going to another company for roofing.

Quick estimate, punctual. The company is easy to work with on warranty issues, they honor it well.

Some delay in scheduling, but very good work. Personnel were proficient and professional. Always courteous.

We were given several days notice, by telephone, when to expect the work to begin. Once started, the work was completed promptly in the promised timeframe. On completion, we were given a 5 year "leak free" warranty.

On time, good work but must return for skylight so I can be here to pay - already paid 1,050.

One worker power washed roof, 2 days later 2 workers completed the job. Had problems w/ spray machine, spent 1 HR repairing aftger 1st coat, left for 3 hours upon return sprayed 2nd coat. Took only 30min.?? Adequate? Office receptionist, Lindsey was exceptional - Personable, Helpful, Knowledgeable, Every business needs employees like her! Looks good - Time will tell

good. The roof looks nice. I had to do the roof early in the month but the company oblidged and did it the middle of the month. Did not see them.

Very professional from start to finish. Came when they said they would, work was done as specified, and cleaned up afterwards. Best price of four firms contracted.

Process from estimate to scheduling, procedure and cleanup was done in a timely way even though it was in their very busy season before the monsoons in 2017. Strong Warranty Coverage: when we had our gutters replaced in April, 2018, ROOF COATING SPECIALIST, INC staff came out to assess roof integrity after the gutter installation and re-coat the area affected by the installation as part of warranty service. They offered us a reasonable price to address hidden water damage to the roof decking that was uncovered by the gutter project.

Job estimator and roof workers were all extremely personable and business-like. Performed work on time and fulfilled all items listed on estimate.

Quickly as scheduled. Communication was rather poor - I left two notes to call me regarding remaining bubbles - no one called and it looked like the crew was in a hurry to get to their next job. Area around the house was clean.

Roof coating specialists (RCS) did our roof 5 yrs ago, w/5 yr warranty. they then contact you @5 yr mark. we have a flat roof that was leaking until 5 yrs ago. Allen came to assess what was needed at this point. He was great! all the guys who did the work were also great! they got it done efficiently and professionally with another 5 yr warranty. I have no doubt we're in good hands.

Estimator arrived as stated. Indicated in contract they would power wash and scrape to clear roof. Extremely poor job of power washing the roof and did not scrape to clear as there was loose debris all over the roof. They prayed emulsion very sporadically over a wet roof with debris. Contacted estimator and told him of the poor job. He advised the crew would finish cleaning up a few days later. They showed up and finished the entire job in one day. I wasn't notified that they were done and later found an envelope with the invoice indicating the final payment from my credit card. Several days later, I went on the roof and immediately saw large pieces of debris and loose nails that had been sprayed over with the final elastomeric coat. I called the office and told them of the debris on the roof and possible touch up spots. They did return and fix some of the areas and touched up the paint on the house due to elastomeric overspray. However, I'm not comfortable with the large pieces of debris that were sprayed over with the final coat. Some of the debris that was sprayed over has become loose. They could have done a better job of preparing the roof, specifically "power wash roof and scrape to clear", it seemed as though they were in a hurry to complete the job.

Once begun, went very well. Cleaned up all debris, etc.

Allen came and looked at the roof membrane that was put on 15 yrs ago. It is time for the renewal of the 5 yr warranty. Membrane is in excellent condition. They came on a Friday to power hose the roof. For the sealant to be sprayed on Monday. They were going to be 1/2 hr late and called to notify me. Excellent customer service Lindsey in the office is great!
