Description of Work: They repaired areas and coated the whole roof and patio area. Over 2000 sq ft. |I received a phone message that they were behind a day because of the rain and would not be able to do the job on the scheduled day, buy the fellows showed up on the scheduled day after all. It was there third job of the day. I'm sure they were very tired, but they did a great job. |Thanks guys. |

Description of Work: Prewashed to clean the roof and applied emulsion. Wrapped and secured the base area of all protrusions. Resurfaced the scuppers into their transfer pans. Installed a poly membrane and applied 2 coats of white elastomeric. |They came and gave an estimate in a reasonable timeframe. Fit us into their busy schedule because we had some time constraints. They did an excellent job and were very courteous and professional.

Description of Work: They evaluated condition of my roof. Showed me pictures of problem areas as I was not comfortable climbing on the roof. Made a proposal which was in the ballpark of what I expected to pay. |They made appointments and showed up on time: evaluation, pressure washing, roof coating. They did all the work as agreed. There were no surprises along the way. | | I am extremely happy with the whole process start to finish.

Description of Work: They provided a prompt estimate for a roof repair, maintenance and roof coating. They explained the process and the advantages and disadvantages as well as their ability to make the immediate repair needed while waiting to schedule the roof maintenance. They followed through with all phases of the job and contacted me about delays due to weather immediately. They were friendly and easy to work with.

Description of Work: I called for a flat roof repair/recoating. I had a recurrent leak around a scupper and had a couple of "handymen" types out to fix it and it still leaked. Joe (owner) personally came out to evaluate situation. He told me that I didn't need my roof recoated but just a patch around the scupper. He arranged for a couple of his guys to come out 2 days later and since it was such a simple fix and they were working in the area, that he'd do it for nothing. The guys showed up, did the job and said it was "on Joe". They're all pretty great in my book, and you can bet if I need "real" roof work done, I'll give them a call.

Description of Work: The bid was twice the costs of other estimates and bidders, but i believe this company would do a thorough job. I did not select him because of the higher costs.

Description of Work: We had our flat roof patched, sealed & coated. We were very impressed with the detailed & quick response to a written estimate & verbal communication. It did take almost 30 days for the actual roofing to begin. They are very busy with (we assume) limited crews. They assured us if it was an emergency of major leaks they could be there to patch & protect until they could do the job completely, though. Once we were on the schedule it was a 2-day process to completion with a 5 year written warranty which we were pleased with. We also appreciated they took credit cards. We did need to pay half up front before we were 'in line' for the service.

Description of Work: We have a five-year guarantee with this roof coating company that will expire next year. However, in the fall of 2010, we installed a new refrigeration unit and moved the unit from the roof where the old unit had been installed, to the side of the house. We called this roofer to come and treat the area where the refrigeration unit had been located, fully expecting to pay for the service. He came promptly, made the repairs and told us there would be no charge because it was a part of his service. When he coated the roof five years ago, he told us he would guarantee the roof for 20 years if we renewed the coating every five years, which we intend to do. He is special!
