The pump is working fine. I have used their services several times in the last 2-3 years and they are just fine.

The toilets were expensive. We went in and checked the prices ourselves as that was what we wanted. The installation was reasonable. We did not have any complaints. The water heater installation was about $500 in total. They were in like a flash and they did a great job. They always answered the phone when we called them, which was a good thing as we did not get the answering machines and things like that. When we wanted our toilets, we required something weird. So, they had to measure from the bolt on the floor to the wall. We were not sure. So, they came out on a special trip and did it before they ordered the toilets, which was a good thing. The price was good for us as we have had work done by the other plumbers who were twice as much. They were good and we would absolutely hire them again in the future.

It was well done. It was quite complicated and took over 8 hours to complete. Clean-up after the job was thorough. I have had previous jobs done by Robert's Plumbing and have always been completely happy with the results.

He is great. I would use him in a heartbeat. He is reasonable and prompt. He has a son who is getting ready to be a plumber. He has trained his son well. I would use his son too. He is there for you during emergencies. He gets back to you. He is very honest and won?t rob you. He will not do things that you don?t need.

Give them a day or two for a block of hours. Pricing is simple and straightforward. My experience has been always great.

Overall the experience was a good one. They come in, do the work, clean up after themselves and take away the old fixtures they have replaced. This is the second time I have used the services of Robert's Plumbing and both times I have been satisfied.

We have very old steel pipes feeding our house that have blown three times. Robert's Plumbing was highly recommended by a close friend so we gave them a call for the first leak (Summer 2009). We noticed the leak Saturday morning and they came the same day to fix it. The quality of their work was excellent and the cost was quite low. We had a similar experience with another section of pipe a few months later and once again, Robert?s Plumbing was quick, high quality, and low cost. In April 2010 we had our third leak and we decided to re pipe the entire feed system from meter to house. Total cost for this third visit was $800 for 150 feet of pipe (PEX), 3 hose bibs, and a few new shut-off valves. We dug the trench ourselves to save money. We?ve also called Robert?s plumbing for a plugged up drain. Again, quick and low cost. I highly recommend this company.

It was fixed to perfection. I love being able to call and having someone at my house within an hour.

On a Saturday the shut off valve to the main broke in the off position leaving us without water. I called Robert and he said he would be over. When he came we had already dug out the hole for the valve and pipes. Robert found the main at the street (not an easy task) turned off the main, fixed the valve so we could get water and got our water back on. He was very good and knew what he was doing. He was at our house for an hour. He needs to come back next week to really fix the valve and allow us to shut off the water if need be but in the meantime we have water. When he handed me the bill I about fell over. I never thought it would be that low!
