Robert is fantastic! He didn't try to take advantage of me like the big-name contractors in Tucson. He comes from a family of plumbers and is very efficient, friendly, and affordable.

Amazing experience with them. They were incredible too. Prices is amazing and did not waste my time. Very professional and really amazing. Very personable.

he was very responsive at first, and then forgot to call back to tell us he was not able to make it in the afternoon. When we called back 2 days later to see if he could fix out issue, he had some team members over to the house in about 30-45 minutes. They fixed the problem in less than 10 minutes.

Leah was very knowledgeable regarding the issues I was having. She did a very thorough spraying and I now have a regular technician--Randy---and he is great. He really takes the time to do a very intensive spraying. I have been very happy with 1st Choice! I will never go back to Essential nor Terminex!!!!!!!!

Phil showed up on time and immediately diagnosed the problem. I suspected that was the issue but wanted to have it checked just in case. I have used All Brand's for years and would highly recommend them.

We scheduled the appointment and they showed up on time and had the new water heater installed very quickly.

It's never a good day when the toilet backs up! The first 3 plumbers I called were answered by "chipper" employees, who were very efficient in letting me know that their schedule cannot fit me in until "after 4pm today," and therefore I have to pay double. These employees were absolutely "gleeful" when I told them I will call back if I cannot find anyone more accommodating. Loss of business was no problem at all for them! Thinking this must the "new trend", I tried Robert's Plumbing. Guess who answered the phone? Robert, the owner ! Smart man, he had me check a few things with the other drains in the house, which were fine. He committed to being out in a few hours and said nothing about paying double after 4pm. Just an FYI, he sounds a little abrupt on the phone because he's trying to figure out what he can do. Don't worry, he's very friendly in person. He did arrive after 4pm, but did not charge me double. He charged a very fair price. Very very friendly and polite! He's very proud of the way he built his business. Robert is a professional and knows how to take care of people who have a disruption in their plumbing.

Never showed. Had bigger job come in and dropped us off the schedule.

The water coming out of the bathtub shower head was trickling out and the lever (on the tub spout) that diverts water to the showerhead was very loose. My husband removed the spout and noticed that the pipe was cracked. Called Robert's Plumbing and they scheduled to show up between 3:30 pm - 5 pm that same day. Two guys came at 3:45. They cut out the cracked galvanized pipe and welded in a new copper pipe. They replaced the old tub spout with a new one. They were courteous, cleaned up the area, and the job was completed in just under an hour. Thought I would pay an arm and a leg for this repair job and I was surprised and thankful it wasn't the case! I would definitely use this company again. Thank you Robert's Plumbing!

My home warranty company contracted Roberts Plumbing to repair my water heater that had stopped working. They got the call at 10 am and we're at my home by 530 that evening. They even brought a new water heater out just in case the repair wasn't repairable because we live so far from town. The team was great! They didn't hassle and we're straight forward with me. Told me what they were doing every step of the way and what to expect. They cleaned as they went and answered any care or maintenance questions I had.They completed the install in an hour and I had hot water half an hour after that! I can't totally speak to price because my home warranty covered the water heater and labor but I had to pay for new pipes and valves. Not sure what the going rate is,but after watching the two man team I would say my out of pocket was nothing compared to the superior service.

It went well. So far, no problems. The toilet flushes as expected and no leaks anywhere. His plumbing technicians picked up the toilet, which I had researched and discussed with the plumbing supply house that he does business with, and installed the toilet in my main bathroom. I had also independently purchased a new toilet seat and they installed that, as well. I happened to have another new toilet seat for the master bedroom's bathroom, and they graciously changed that one for me, as well. They were professional, courteous , pleasant and helpful. Their toilet installation price of $333.04 includes the new toilet which they picked up that cost $219.00, two wax rings, tax, charges for pick up of new toilet and disposal of the old one, and labor.

He is very good and reliable, although sometimes hard to get a hold of. I have used him many times over the years, and he always beat the prices of other companies, and does not charge to replace things that can be fixed, he simply fixes them.

They're great. They're excellent. They're professional and easy to talk to. I felt comfortable around them. We've used them before and they've always been thorough. They do excellent quality. They got back to us the next day. They call before they come, to say they're on the way and when they'll be there. I appreciate that.

They were prompt and really knew there stuff. They took out the old toilet and installed the new one, took off both bathroom faucets and installed new ones and they cleaned up after they were finished. Very good work.

Robert's Plumbing was hired to remove a toilet, install a new toilet (which I furnished) change a leaky trap under a bathroom sink, and fix a faucet drip in a bathroom. Robert arrived promptly at the agreed upon time, 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday February 11. He removed the old toilet, installed the new toilet, removed the leaky trap and installed a new trap (which he furnished). He was here for just under an hour and those repairs seem to be fine. He then said he did not have the part to fix the drip and would come back at 4:00 that afternoon, fix the drip and I would pay him then. He did not come at 4:00 and did not call. He did call about 6:00 p.m. and wanted to come the next morning, Wednesday, at 7:45 a.m. I said that woud be great. He had not arrived by 8:10 a.m., so I called him. He said they were on the way and would be here in a few minutes. He sent two young men who arrived at about 8:30 a.m. Wednesday morning, finished in about 20 minutes, submitted a bill, to which they had added another hour's labor, and which I paid. I was away most of the day and did not use the faucets until that evening. Cold water tap worked fine. Hot water tap made a clicking noise and no water came out of the faucet but was leaking around the base where it attaches to the sink. I turned off the hot water supply under the sink, called Robert Thursday morning, he said he would need to find the part needed to do the repair (which he had told me on Tuesday he needed to do) and would call me. He did not call that day, so I called him Friday morning, he came Friday afternoon and did the repair. He replaced the clear plastic hot/cold on/off handles with small chrome ones, since the threads had been stripped on the hot water handle during the first attempt to fix the drip. Robert's helpers who came on Thursday to repair the leaky faucet obviously were not qualified, were unable to make the repair needed but acted as if the repairs had been made, presented me with a bill and promptly left. The bill was paid, and I realized later that the repair had not been done. Obviously I would not use this this plumbing service again.

I called first thing in the morning and was lucky they had work in my area so agreed to an afternoon install. They showed up on time, even a bit early. They were very pleasant and professional. They were very knowledgeable and well prepared. Finished the job in 45 minutes and out the door. Could not be happier. I know would have been a major trial if i'd attempted the job.

He did a good job on the drain cleaning. He was a really nice guy. He was extremely reasonable, he did it on the weekend and charged less than anyone else. He came right out the first time and gave an honest opinion on the job. We called him for another job, but he didn't show up. We called him to find out what happened, he said he had another job downtown.

I called them for a well pump problem. They said they would be out in the morning. No Show! No phone call! I called them and they told me that they don't do that kind of work. Well on Angies list they say they do. They said they had no control over what Angies list puts on thier site about them. What is that! Angie you do, just make thing up???

He never gave me an estimate. He actually blew me off three times and so I called someone else. He spent more time on the phone rather than talking to me when he was here. He canceled two appointments without even calling, so I would say the experience was worse. There is not a chance that I would call him back in the future.

He is a nice person, thorough, efficient, responsive, and his prices are very reasonable.
