Their response time was immediate! The same day I called we set an appointment and, due to a change in their schedule, met the same day. I got a proposal for the palm tree, but the problem with the ironwood tree was a little more obscure. They referred me to Bartlett Tree Service, who determined the problem and addressed it. I couldn't be happier with Quality Tree's service.

Mary came out and gave me an estimate on the work to be performed. We arranged a day and time. The crew arrived right on schedule. Carlos has been with them for as many years as we have been using them, about 13 years. He is amazing. They are very hard workers, always most professional, very knowledgeable, and he understands the job the first time. I have never had to recall them to fix or change anything. Never had to go over and over the scope of work. They are great!!

The workers did a comprehensive trimming of my tree and a very nice cleanup. I would use this service again if needed.

From showing up for the estimate, scheduling, and performing the work, Quality Tree provided excellent, professional service. They were prompt and responsive on all contacts. When one of their crew became unavailable the day before service, they were prompt in both letting me know there may be an issue, then resolving the problem by bring on an arborist from a friend's company. This allowed us to proceed on schedule, which was especially appreciated given coordination with utility companies and my own travel. The owner followed up personally the same day, and checked back throughout until the utility company restored power.

They gave us a discounted rate for Angie's List. The price was comparable with other estimates that we got. They did some extra things. The owner called and apologized that they were 30 minutes, and for that, she said she would give me an extra trimming, she was more than helpful. They cleaned up and hauled away all debris due to the tree and yard services. The owners are Mary and Tony, and Mary came out the same day I called her for the estimate. I wasn't going to be home, and she asked if it was okay for her to check the back yard, and see how tall the tree was. It was very prompt, very thorough, and she was very helpful. Her workers were so professional, and they initiated a few things, and they told me how to trim things in the future. I asked them to do extra, and they complied. They came with a truck that was called a chipper, and they threw in the extra limbs that were lying on the ground, and they chipped them.

First off, I am very impressed with the service we received. We called Mary at Quality Tree Service and got her voice mail. She returned my message promptly and later that day she had someone out to look at the job (Tony). Tony took the time to review the property and answer my questions about current and future needs. It's worth mentioning that the property has been empty for a number of years and some things have been neglected. They were able to schedule a crew out that week. The crew leader was knowledgable and had a good eye for pruning neglected trees. He was also prompt, courteous and left the areas he worked in clean. They were not able to finish the job on the same day that they begun, but this was due in some part to the neglect of the trees and their meticulous attention to detail. Mary checked in by phone several times to make sure that I was happy with the job. In short, I could not be more pleased and look forward to using them again.

The work was originally scheduled to be completed on Feb.3rd and completed in one day. The work turned out to be more than expected. The workmen then returned the next day and completed the work at no extra charge. They did a great job and when completed cleaned up the area and did not leave a mess. Workers were very polite and worked diligently to complete the work. I would recommend quality Tree Service to anyone seeking to have this type of work done.

The arborist was extremely prompt, she arrived 20 minutes after I called. She seemed very knowledgeable and observant. She told my tree had a beetle infestation, which it did. However, she told me my tree had fungus, which it did not. She also told me my shed had termites, which, after inspection, it does not. She recommended that I have the tree completely removed rather than trimming it, even after I told her I did not plan to stay in this house for more than another year. I consulted two other arborists and neither thought the tree was in dire need of removal. Removing a tree is of course more expensive than trimming it, but her removal estimate was in the middle of the other estimates I received. My main complaint is the lack of professionalism. After our consultation, she went and spoke to my neighbors without my permission; even after I told her that I myself had never spoken to them. She came back and told me that she had told them that I was going to remove the tree. This when I had explicitly said I needed to speak to my husband before I agreed to any services! She said they complained about my branches falling in their yard and that they don't let their children play in the yard. They had never said anything about my tree to me before this. I felt like she was trying to light a fire under my a** and sow conflict with my neighbor so that I would have no choice but to get my tree removed. Well, I kept the tree but picked a different company to trim it.

The trimming and complete clean up were excellent. The workers had the right tools, used them professionally and the cuts were clean, without tearing.

The process was excellent. The job was done in a timely fashion and with a high degree of professionalism.

They were prompt and very professional in coming out for an estimate. They emailed me the contract in a day or so, and I approved the work via email. On the day of the work they were about 30 minutes late, but took most of the day to do the work. The two trees were in serious need of attention, and they did an excellent job. I am very happy with the work. I would probably have given them a higher rating, but $1300 for two trees seems high to me.

I have two trees in my front yard. Both trees needed pruning, but I wasn't sure what one of them was and it wasn't looking that healthy either. Tony stopped by and inspected the trees. He gave me a ton of suggestions on caring for the trees and things to look out for, which I appreciate since this is my first time needing to take care of them. The unhealthy looking one had frost damage from this spring but Tony thought it would likely recover. A crew stopped by the next morning. The trees looked great when they were done and they did a nice job on cleanup as well. Everyone at the company was professional and courteous. Will definitely keep them in mind for future work.

Mary and Tony were helpful, knowledgeable, and very professional. Carlos and his crew did a fantastic job-the yard looks so much better, and we look forward to further improvements. Mary called before all service calls to go over what was to be done, and followed up afterwards with another call. All emails have been promptly returned by Kelly. Just a great operation, and a great bunch of folks.

I have used them 3 or 4 times now. They show up when they say they will. They do the work they say they will. They respond to phone calls fairly promptly and are responsive. They do an excellent job.

My husband and I have lived in Arizona for more than twenty years now and have worked with many landscaping services. None of them even came close to the professional service that we received from Quality Tree Services!! Mary and Tony came out to see us for a professional assessment. I was very impressed with how knowledgeable and detail oriented they were. The service was scheduled ahead and done perfectly. The crew even planted and pruned some shrubs without charge. They were very good. They are very reliable and helpful. I would recommend them to others. They were very personable and very eager to please.

Quality Tree Service made sure that everything was done correctly before they came to remove the trees. They made sure that TEP was involved as needed and that we had a signed letter from our neighbor giving consent so that there were no problems along the way. They showed up on time and thoroughly cleaned up after the trees were brought down. We were contacted by the provider throughout the process, so there were no surprises. The price they quoted was the price that we paid. We also felt that the price was very fair considering how much work they did. We will definitely recommend Quality Tree Service and use them again in the future.

Thiis was the second time we have used Quality Tree Service to maintain the two very large mesquite trees on our property. The trees are too big for a homeowner to work on. In both cases the work crew showed up at the scheduled time, did very professional work, and cleaned up the yard thoroughly before leaving. We will use this company again in the future.

We have used Quality Tree Service for a least ten years. Their guys are very professional, timely, courteous, and safe. The job is scheduled ahead of time. They always clean up meticulously. Quality Tree Service has also trimmed trees, oleanders, and a 25+ foot Aleppo Pine etc. at our home. Upon completion, Mary always contacts us to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any job.....large or small.

Was not able to afford the service. When able to would use Quality Tree. They came out and bid on the job while I was at work. Emailed the estimate. Very customer service oriented, professional.

This is the third or fourth time I've had QT come out to my house since I first moved in (in 2008). It had been more than two years since their last visit, so the three palms were fairly "shaggy" and unkempt. Arborist Tony came to my house in March and gave me an estimate, then said Mary or Kelly would be calling the first week of June to schedule. Right on cue, Mary called the weekend of the 8th and said her two-man crew would be at my place bright & early Monday morning, between 5:30 & 6:30. A little after 6 AM, the two guys showed up and got right to work. Didn't take them long to finish, and they cleaned up all the work debris before they left. Trees look great now. I'd definitely use QT again in the future, and would recommend them to any Angie's List subscribers in the Tucson area. BTW, the price shown reflects a 10% Angie's List discount. Even before the discount, I thought the price was pretty darned reasonable.

The work went fine. Quality' Trees' owner and estimator/horticulturist showed up the day after they were called, went over everything in great detail, made a number of excellent suggestions, and submitted a detailed and itemized quotation. The crew also showed up when promised and did a remarkably fine job on my seriously-neglected trees. They left my yard cleaner than it was when they arrived and MUCH better-looking. I had a similarly very positive experience with Quality in 2008, which is why I called them back this year to do a lot more work. I don't know if their pricing is competitive or not, and frankly I don't care. No, I'm not wealthy, I just wanted a very good job done in a safe and timely manner by real tree service professionals, and that's what I got!
