Mary came out to evaluate a Olive Tree in our front yard. The tree had been trimmed like a bush, we wanted to get it back to looking like a tree again. Mary quickly assessed the work that needed to be completed to help restore the natural look. Carlos and Juan came out a couple days later to complete the work. They were on time, very professional and really nice guys. They went over the plan for the tree prior to making any cuts. The tree looked so much better when they were done its on its way back to what it should really look like. We had called another company that came out and declined to do any work on the tree, saying they would only cut the tree down and grind the stump. The team at Quality Tree Service did a fantastic job, they did such a great job with the tree that we had them trim a couple of Mediterranean Palms in the backyard which looked awesome upon completion. If you have a need for an arborist don't look any further !!

Once they got here they were extremely professional, curious and did a fantastic job. They went through the job before start, during and after. Clean up was superior as well. Highly recommend them if you can afford them.

I live in a mesquite bosque--my yard has over twenty mature velvet mesquites that provide shade for the entire house in summer and look like giant pieces of sculpture in the winter. I prefer to let them grow as natural as possible but a bumper crop of beans had caused some of the branches to droop to the point of tearing. It was important that the trees be made sound but also that we didn't loose a lot of shade in the peak of summer. Mary came out the same day that I called—she understood my concerns and aesthetics perfectly and outlined a plan. Her crew arrived early the next week. I really appreciated the careful thought and consideration that they took with their work—cutting back branches that were overhanging the street, driveway and house, clearing out dead and damaged branches and cleaning up raged cuts from former prunings. All debris was carefully raked up, shredded and hauled away. Even though the amount they thinned out was extensive it was so artfully done that it wasn’t missed—the canopies are still lush and shady but recent heavy winds have caused no further breakage. The trees look fabulous and the yard is neater than it was before they arrived. I would definitely hire them again.

The crew arrived early, knew exactly what to do, cut what was needed, cleaned up after, and was finished by lunch time. Did a great job.

We just moved in and we needed our two tall palm trees trimmed so that they would stop dropping fronds and other debri during every storm. We found Quality Tree Service Inc through google and Mary and her crew were responsive and very efficient. The work they did was exactly what we were hoping for and they left the environment cleaner than they even found it. Quality Tree Service did a great job in raising the canopy of our mesquite trees. The trees required considerable pruning, and we were very pleased with the resulting shape. The crew was punctual, interacted well with us, confirmed exactly what they were going to do, and did an excellent job of cleaning up before leaving. Mary's assessment was very helpful regarding both the trees and other yard plants. Definitely recommended, and we will be using them again.

Exceptionally well. QTS removed a large nearly-dead Chilean mesquite, Italian cypress (right next to the house), small ash, a Joshua tree, and large clumps of oleanders. They also trimmed a date palm and good-sized mesquite. The trimmed trees look much better, in terms of both appearance and tree health. They missed one of the trees when completing the quote, but kept to the quote amount and did the entire job that I expected, I suspect at the expense of any profit on the job. What really impressed me is how well the crew cleaned up. There was not a single leaf, twig, or wood chunk left behind. I have never had a contractor leave a job site as clean as these guys did. They were also on time and got the job done in a timely fashion.

The job went very well. My wife assisted where she needed to in determining what her expectations were and the workers were very accommodating in getting the final look just right. The initial quote seemed a bit high, but with the discount and a second referral being within $15.00 it was well worth not having to deal with it all ourselves.

We have had this service out 3 or 4 times over the years. They always do a great job. We are on 1.5 acres of land with many mesquite and palo verde trees. Most recently they had a crew here for 2 days. The pruning and attention to detail is without fault. Their arborist, Mary, has an impressive fund of knowledge

They did a really great job. Not only did they know what needed to be done and how to do it, they accomodated my own wishes on leaving some areas alone and natural. They cleaned up after and were sure that everything was completed that needed to be.

She came to our house promptly very professional and a real nice person to talk too,you can tell she really new her Trees. But what made me decide not to hire her company wasn't so much that the price was a little high,it was what she said after she already quoted me a price. When I expected to get Angies list discount deducted after the quote price,she said OH! that price includes the 10% discount. She didn't mention that the price (discount) was added into the quote until AFTER THE FACT. HMMMM! I felt I was being taken advantage of, so that's why I didn't hire them. What she should have done was RIGHT AFTER THE QUOTE SHE SHOULD HAVE SAID THAT IT INCLUDED THE DISCOUNT. I would have understood that but not the way she did it.

I found Quality Tree Service to be professional and very knowledgeable. Mary responded to my email on the weekend and came over to give me an estimate the same day! Not only did she spend a lot of time assessing the tree, she gave me pointers and tips as to how to keep it well. She spent a great deal of time instructing me and for that I am appreciative. She was able to schedule me in a few days because of an opening and had a crew there bright and early. When they were done they cleaned up everything and also hauled it all away. My tree looks wonderful and a lot lighter now. When I told her I felt a few branches were still too close to the power lines, she agreed and had the crew come back the very next day and cut them back. The price was also lower than expected, so I was very pleased and would highly recommend them.

Quality Tree Service did a great job; tree looks fantastic. They were very responsive and punctual. Cleaned up area nicely. Great follow up on job after completion.

The work was done promptly over a couple days and the crew arrived exactly when they said they would. All work was completed to our satisfaction and the cleanup was great - in fact, everything probably looked neater than it had before they came! We are very happy and will definitely hire them again.

I have used Quality Tree Services both for commercial work and my home. In all cases the work performed was performed professionally and well above expectations. The crews doing the jobs were always courteous and friendly. The requested work was performed promptly; the crew arrived on time and ready to start the job. The crew cleaned up as they worked and always left the job sites clean and orderly. Quality Tree Services is highly recommended.

I usually schedule QTS in early June when our palm trees start flowering, before they go to seed and make a mess of our pool. It was on my to-do list, but Mary called me before I got around to it. It's not a huge job, so she was able to fit it in later that very same day! They did a great job and cleaned up well, as usual.

Everything went as expected. Mary explained what we could expect, the crew showed up on time, were very professional, did what was expected and more, and cleaned everything up before they left.

The company's workers were very knowledgeable about what needed to be done for each tree and were efficient in getting it done. The time estimate of 2 1/2 days (with a crew of three) was easily beat; the crew completed the entire job in less than two full days. Cleanup was thorough and timely.

I did not use their service because they did not give me an in-person estimate. I called about trimming 3 palm trees and they said they would be out at 4:30. I left an appointment early to be there when they arrived. At 5:00pm I noticed a car pulling out of my driveway and I immediately callthe Quality. The person who answered said she was the one who just left and that she would have to charge "a lot" to trim my palms. She never came to the door to discuss this or any other work I might need done. Poor customer service. I'm glad I don't need their service. I found others companies who will do the job at a reasonable price. Avoid Quality Tree Service.

Mary provided a thorough estimate, along with advice on other landscaping and plant maintenance advice in her estimate visit. Since I'm a relative newcomer to Tucson, her advice was extremely valuable. Her crew arrived on time and was professional and friendly. I felt her advice and the job done was well worth my investment and I will use Quality Tree again in the future.
