I was scheduled for service on a Tuesday and Mary called the week before to ask if they could start a day early to ensure that it all got done on time. That worked fine with me and everything got done earlier than planned (when does that ever happen?!!) and everything looked great as usual. As usual Mary took the time to discuss other issues and gave me some needed advice. They are one company I can count on, which I wish was true of all the other service businesses I have used.

First let me say that QTS is extremely responsive, do a great job of understanding what the customer wants and provides superb advice on what should be done. They made suggestions that I had not thought about and I was very pleased with the results. These are professionals and know their business. Mary and Tony have a great eye for their craft and their crew has an excellent eye for trimming trees. Mine have never looked better. They trimmed four Mesquite trees and two Palo Verdes as well as a few other small trees and bushes. The trees looked exceptional after their trimming. I was complaining to Mary about a bed of cacti and she suggested I let her crew take it out--what a great choice that was. I have wanted to get rid of that particular bed for 10 years and tried it myself a couple of times always regretting it after my attempt. Now I have the back yard I always wanted. There is an art and science to trimming trees and QTS has both. They leave no mess. My yard always looks better after they leave than before. I am very pleased their work and will go back to them the next time I need work done. I trust their judgement as everything I was told was true and every suggestion an improvement that I really like. My advice is you should listen to Mary. She knows.

I needed a tree removed as quickly as possible, and this was this only company that followed through on getting me an estimate within 24 hours. They were able to come out the same week, the crew was very professional and they even took away a pile of stuff that would have had to wait for the next brush and bulky pickup. Very satisfied.

The job went very well. I called on a Monday morning for an estimate and Mary came out that afternoon. She looked at my areas of immediate concern and also provided input about what else could be done to improve the health of the plants in the yard and make the yard more attractive. My immediate concern was the condition of 2 palo verde trees. The first was getting way to over grown and the other had limb damage from a recent storm. An appointment was made for the upcoming Friday morning. A two person crew arrived right on time and took care of the trees as discussed. They did a great job cleaning up afterward. Everything went as planned and all looks great. I plan on calling Quality Tree service again to complete the recommended tree pruning and plant debris removal.

The service was scheduled a couple weeks in advance, and they showed up as planned and on time. The palm trees now look great, as always. While trimming them, there is an unavoidable amount of debris that falls into our pool below. The workers did a great job cleaning up everything, even leaving the pool looking as good as before the job. The three mesquites had been neglected by me for the past several years and were all a mess. There was significant mistletoe and dead limbs in one of them and now, like the other two, it also looks neat and healthy. Mary is always a pleasure to do business with and is always willing to provide good advice, even for issues that I prefer to do myself.

Quality Tree Service responded with same day service when requested to provide an estimate for a broken limb in a mature Acacia tree in our front yard. While here, we asked for a review of all of our trees. A 3 project proposal was presented the next day and after some small negotiations was set in place to begin the following day. Workmen arrived on time, were courteous & professional in their manner. A small hiccup, due to illness, delayed the schedule by one day. The trees look much better now and the cleanup after was thorough. Management was very accommodating to our requests and concerns during completion of the projects. (If you agree to their daily rate, as we did, be prepared for the for the workers to take their "work break" and their lunch break together in order to have a small siesta.)

These folks are so professional.............show up on the day & time scheduled. Perform the work promptly. Clean up. Very polite and do great work. They have the equipment and truck to load and remove all debris promptly. We have used Quality Tree Service for the past twelve years.

I was very happy with the knowledge and thoroughness of this company. There was a bump in the road the first day, but Mary fixed everything to my satisfaction and things went along very smoothly after that. They came out quickly and cleaned up everything. I was very happy with the trees. They look fabulous!

I called Mary and she was able to come out that day - which was nice because I was within the 10 day inspection period. She walked the property and addressed each plant that was still alive providing much needed info on the plant, the type of water schedule, pruning and general care. She also had lots of good ideas on how to increase the curb appeal of the property. She provided a written report with the same details. All in all it was a time well spent. We have had the work done- will review that when it happens.

Wow! They completely transformed the two trees and fixed all the shrubs around the house. The transformation was simply amazing, and well worth the price. I'm just delighted at the work her crew did while I was toiling away at my own work place. They completely cleaned up the trimmings and it seemed like no one had even been there. I don't think you can get a better turnaround and higher quality service than Mary's company. Definitely recommend.

This was by far the best tree service company I have used. They were thorough, responsive and educated. They were in contact with me throughout the morning while their staff was here. They were extremely professional and pleasant. The customer service is outstanding. their recommendations as to what needed to be done were spot on. They cleaned up when finished and everything looked great! I can't say enough about them. I highly recommend this company and will only use them in the future!

Mary spent quite a bit of time with us walking our property, discussing our trees and plants and making recommendations. Mary is quite knowledgeable and was quite ready to share her knowledge and gave us great advice. Her team showed up on time and did and excellent job. It is apparent that both Carlos and Juan take pride in the work they do. I watched Carlos study the tree and work with Juan to bring these large trees back to their majestic state. Their work is both a skill and an art. We are extremely pleased with the results. We have another phase of work on the property and will definitely make use of Quality Tree Service.

Great communication. Very professional from estimate to completion of job. I was very impressed that they were able to grind the stump and roots away so well that you would never know there used to be a tree in the yard. They even made sure to take extra time and attention to carefully and completely remove a problem root that has been causing damage to a water pipe in our yard. When they accidentally damaged a sprinkler head they took initiative to go to the hardware store and buy and install a replacement as well. Also they cleaned up debris very well. Everyone was very courteous and we would definitely call them again if needed in the future.

Worked with Mary a few years ago, was impressed by her competence. Same experience this time. She took the time to make a thorough evaluation of what work was needed to correct overgrowth and parasites in the trees around my home and to get proper clearance around a wall which is being raised. Due to high winds the work ran a day longer than expected but was completed for the original price as quoted. Many little details were taken care of properly in terms of removing troublesome plants in my yard and cabling some trees for a special purpose. Very happy with the results and will certainly call this company again when more work is needed.

This is the second time we have used Quality Tree Service. They are an excellent company, and like their name denotes, they do quality work. Even our neighbor, who is retired, e-mailed me at work yesterday to tell me how professional the plants looked and the employees are very clean in picking up the remaining debri. The estimate was fast and gave us many choices and advice. Mary (the owner) came out to review the estimate and give her advice. The work started on schedule and was performed in a professional manner. The workmen were able to perform the work without the use of a crane, saving us money but taking a little longer to complete. Mary reviewed the progress several times. The foreman was extremely friendly and explained every step of the way. He even dealt with the neighbors dogs.

The crew came right on time and worked with my college age son to gain access and understand what to do. they were professional and the work was well done. It looks quite nice now, considering what they had to work with. They trimmed and tastefully shaped two large Arbor Vitae and a large Myrtle.They pruned and shaped two citrus trees and removed two barely alive sour orange trees and performed stump grinding. The work was supervised by a certified arborist, I guess Mary's partner. Mary has a wealth of information and local knowledge about plants and trees in Tucson. I couldn't keep up with the stream of wisdom she was so willing to share, she ought to teach a class. I think things went exceptionally well and smoothly because I was able to do it remotely by phone and text from another state. Mary is very responsive and helpful in every way. I highly recommend Quality Tree Service.

Mary came to the house to give an estimate the same day that I called and they were able to do the work within a couple of business days. The crew arrived on time and were able to complete all of the work in 2 days. They pruned 4 large trees in the back yard, which included a mesquite tree and a California pepper tree. They also removed a few small trees and a palm tree. The crew did a great job cleaning up each day. Mary also came to the house to show me how to trim the privets myself. This is the second time I have used Quality Tree Service and I will not use anyone else to trim my trees. I made the mistake and used a general landscaper in the past and was disappointed in the way they butchered my trees. It is obvious that this company truly cares about providing quality service and I would highly recommend them.

Three workers showed up on time as promised, went straight to work after confirming what work was to be done. They cleaned up after themselves and were totally courteous and extremely professional.

I'd send the company an email yesterday, explaining the services I was needing along with a photo of the two prickly pear cactus plants. Wasn't sure they were interested in doing such a small job. They replied that I should call first thing this morning, which I did and it turned out that they were out in my area on the far west side, and were available to do the job today. So I called and spoke with Mary, she gave me an estimate based on the photo and I agreed -- she said her crew would be out no later than 1:30pm as they had several jobs scheduled before mine. The two fellows arrived at 1:00pm, I explained to them what I was wanting done and they started right away. To my amazement, they'd removed both cactus plants and cleaned the area in about one hour. About 6 months ago, I attempted to do the job myself. One afternoon and 2 wheelbarrows full, with barely a dent made in one of the plants, I realized that it was too big a job for me. I kept thinking about it and finally said to myself, you're 69 years old you don't have the strength any more to do this type of work. And I didn't want to do it. So to Angie's List I went and found this wonderful company. They were on time, very professional, and the initial estimate was right on. The owner and her workers were very courteous and personable, everything went perfectly. Will definitely use this service again, and recommend them to anyone who needs to have any type of landscape work done.

This is the 2nd time we've used this company. Mary is very responsive and gives advice above and beyond the estimate. Tony came out to look at the tree and was very informative about this particular tree and other local trees. The price was a little bit high for the work (thus the B). However we would not hesitate to use them again. They offer a 10% Angie's list discount. The workers were prompt, professional, very neat and fast. It took them less than an hour to complete the job. They bring their own wood chipper which makes fast work of the branches. They asked if we wanted to keep the large pieces of wood and cut them into fireplace lengths and piled them in a corner.

The guys showed up on time and worked quickly to remove the tree. It took less time than I expected. Carlos took time to answer questions that I had about removal, etc. I was very happy with the service. They removed debris from everywhere - the street, front of house and driveway - - it looked great!

Tony inspected my palm trees. He was not sure what the problem was but took several pictures for further research. He came back and explain his findings. He also gave me a written report. He made several recommendations and referred me to another company to do the treatment. I appreciate his diligence and honesty.

This is probably the fifth time I've had the QT crew out to do some kind of tree work at my Tucson property. As always, I'm very happy with the results! Also, that Mary was able to schedule me on short notice and get the work done the same week I called her. I'm relieved to have potentially dangerous flying "palm jetsam" removed before the onset of monsoons! The two-man crew arrived on time, got the work done quickly and professionally, and cleaned up everything when they finished. The four trees look great! Please consider Quality Tree for any of your tree-trimming needs; they're top of my list (in fact, they're the only ones on my list).
