Very thorough initial inspection of the job to be done and they provided good suggestions. The three workmen who later did the actual work were extremely competent, friendly, and polite. Clean up and removal of debris was efficient and complete. We will utilize their services in the future.

Mary came to look over the area, helped with selecting what to trim and provided good suggestions. Said when men would come next day, men came on time, greeted me, outlined their work plan, after work was finished, showed me their list, we checked off all work requested and they cleaned up all messes, left the place looking better than before. Mary called after to check that I was pleased with the work. All was done to perfection!

They were very prompt in responding to my email giving me an estimate based on the photo I sent them and then followed with the same quote onsite. They even reminded me of the 20% off coupon on Angie's list. The work was quick and very professional. They did a wonderful job. I will use them in the future.

The crew was on time, polite and professional. The results are outstanding. They cleaned up so well I could barely tell where the stumps previously were! The Eucalyptus tree had no attention for years prior to this pruning, and the results are truly amazing. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing professional tree service.

I am very pleased with the job from start to finish! My yard had gone to rack and ruin and was in desperate need of attention. Mary from Cardinal was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. I had obtained other estimates which were lower but not one of the other contractors mentioned that I needed to have the city come out and "blue stake" my property to mark it for gas and electric lines. As it turned out one of the tree stumps did indeed have lines running under it. The crew of three was excellent and worked very hard as there was a lot to be done. I was most impressed with the fact that they did all of the hedge trimming by hand. In the past I've had landscapers come in with power tools and just blaze everything down. Now when I direct people to my house I don't have to tell them to look for the worst yard on the street!

This is the second time I have used this company. Both experiences were excellent. Mary is very professional and responsive. She always returned my calls promptly and she offered me an amazing amount of information, including referrals to others (e.g., horticulturists) who could answer specific questions. For the first job, I had three trees trimmed. One of the trees had been occasionally hacked at by random yard workers and had become quite unattractive. I had even considered removing it. Mary's workers accomplished a very artistic trim, giving the tree character it had never had, and now its my favorite! For the second job, Mary's workers accomplished an astonishing feat by removing a gigantic tree that had grown in a very small side yard between my house and my neighbors. The location was very tight and the tree very tall. The tree was gone in a morning, and they had cleaned up all the litter, even that which had accumulated as the tree had been dying. They cleaned up my neighbors side. Mary offered to cut the wood into firewood for me and her workers stacked it nicely in my back yard. This is an effortless and delightful company to work with.

Quality Tree Service responded immediately to my request for an estimate. Upon mention of Anlie's List the owner/estimator quickly acknowledged the coupon for new business. An estimate was emailed the next day along with a follow-up phone call. After review, I contacted the company to scheduled the work. It turned out Quality Tree Service was able to perform the work earlier then originally scheduled-a phone call was made to reschedule to work. A team of 4-5 workers arrived on time to perform the work. We discussed what was to be done and I was consulted throughout the day as questions came up. The crew did a great clean-up job at the end of day. I would recommend this company to my friends and neighbors.

Mary came out the same day we called and gave us an estimate. That evening she called to say they could come the next day to do the work as they had a cancellation. Carlos and his crew arrived early in the morning, worked hard and did a fantastic job. The tree looks great and we no longer have worries about it damaging the house. They cleaned up the mess and took everything away. We could not have asked for a better job. Everyone is very knowledgeable and polite. We will definitely have them back to do more work for us.

I called Quality Tree Service and had to leave a message. Mary said she would get back to me that day and she did, though later than I would have expected. She also does estimates so is not always in the office. The estimate was done I think the next day, or very soon. The estimate was for more work than I had done. I just picked the main things I wanted done. They honored the Angie's List coupon and were able to work me in a couple days later. Most places were saying they were two weeks out. The work was done quickly and cleanly. The yard is much brighter and the trees look great.

Our experience with Quality Tree Service was excellent. Mary Slachter was very prompt and courteous in giving us an estimate and in planning the job around our schedules. She also is the reason that we renewed our Angie's List membership as Quality Tree offers a 20% discount to members. The crew was very nice - they arrived right on time and did a great job, including a very thorough clean-up afterward. I will definitely hire this company again in the future. This is a family business and they were very responsive and personable. My calls were immediately returned. An estimate was made within a day of my inquiry. My home is behind a locked gate and they were very good at locking the gate. The actual work on the tree was good and was accompanied by clear instructions as to how to maintain the cut stumps. The yard was cleaner when they left than when they came. I was quite pleased.

THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE HIGH, BUT CONSIDERING THAT HE CUT THE TREE INTO LOGS FOR ME THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE BIT MORE REASONABLE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB! THEY WERE IN AND OUT OF THERE IN NOT TIME. THEY WORKED EFFICIENTLY BUT THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK WAS STILL GOOD. I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN IF NEEDED AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
