I needed 3 windows installed in my garage. I shopped several window co's for quality, price, and good customer service. Open Enclose had the quality and customer service I was looking for but the price was $170 higher per window so I went with another company that had the lower price for the exact same windows and excellent customer service. I will be replacing all my windows within the next 24 months. If this company was more price competitive they would have had a much bigger sale in the future. The salesman was very good and knew his products but he never followed up after his initial visit and thank you email which told me his pricing was non negotiable.

Excellent pre-purchase advice and guidance on various options and manufacturers. Although at the top end price wise, we liked the look and energy efficiency of the Pella Imperiva fiber glass product and Open Enclose, it seemed to us, offered a more satisfactory technical installation method, than several other suppliers we go quotes from. Open Enclose cut out the original windows with minimal disruption to adjacent stucco, to provide a good insulated and sealed installation. Some others intended using a 'Z' frame method involving installing a new frame over the existing frame - which seemed less energy efficient and would very slightly reduce the glass area. This install method resulted in Open Enclose's cost being a few $ higher than some other suppliers but was to us a much more technically satisfactory method. The installation team was most impressive, taking great care to seal the rooms from dust and doing a great job in repairing the stucco to closely match the original - when painted in the new stucco is effectively impossible to detect. They also identified a small product fault which as consumers we would probably never had noticed, but which might have lead to problems a few years down the road. This they remedied most professionally. Highly recommended. .

Open EnClose did an outstanding job accomodating my needs, however, they were slow to order the windows I wanted prior to me leaving town so it took a few months for the work to be done. When it was done however, it was excellent. Very knowledgeable staff.

We are very pleased with the windows and service provided by Open Enclose. The installation team was timely, respectful and polite. They worked efficiently, did quality work, and cleaned up before they left each day. There were two small issues with our install (a smudge on the inside of one window pane and the incorrect screen was ordered), but they were dealt with in a timely manner and we are extremely happy with the end result. We definitely plan on using them when we upgrade the rest of the windows in our house.

I reviewed several replacement window companies near us and had two of them provide estimates to replace the window. Open Enclose was several hundred dollars cheaper than the other company for comparable window. The work was completed as scheduled and no hassle. I would recommend them to anyone.

They came several times to measure the window and to show the available frames.

The work went flawlessly from start to finish. See above description for details. Though price was high for the one hour actual work other than the measurements, the workers were as pleasant as could be, careful not to leave any marks, placed a padded mat below the window to protect the floor, and were well worth the money to us. I recommend them in the highest terms.

They did a very good job. They were very polite, very efficient and on time. I would use them again in the future.

Our request for a quote to replace 5 old windows was handled professionally and we were entirely satisfied with their service and the quote was very fair and competitive. In the end, we went with another company because of a slightly lower quote and budget was everything for us at this time. So this review is to praise this company for the service given but we didn't use them.

That went very well. The salesman was very good and very knowledgeable. He described the process accurately. The people who made the installation appointment for me accomodated me and the guys who did the installation were very friendly and skilled. The whole thing went very well.

Cabinets are good quality; I wasn't happy with the length of the process and lack of organization. It did get completed though and look great.

Overall, our experience with Openenclose was exceptional. We highly recommend their services.

We wanted to have a large window in our master bedroom changed into a sliding door and also a smaller window that did not open changed to a single hung. They came out for the estimate and were very good at explaining our options, A few days later they called with an installation date and the final cost. When it was time for the installation they were here right on time and were very nice to work with, they protected the master bedroom from dust and worked very carefully. The job took 2 days to complete with one additional visit to finish the drywall texture. They worked hard to match the stucco texture on the outside and although it is not perfect once it was all painted it is very acceptable. The interior drywall texture which in this case was hock and trowel turned out great, some of the best I?ve seen. The only thing that went a little wrong with the whole job was the gentleman that was doing the drywall texture had shown up a day late, I was told he was going to finish on Sunday but he did not show up till Monday right before I was ready to leave for work. That was no big deal with how the rest of the job went off like clockwork.

The installation crew, led by Ben, was the best part of the whole experience. They even repaired some unexpected wood rot in the window framing. The clean up work was excellent. The appearance of the finish work was outstanding.

Every interaction was very professional, from the sales rep who underbid the local Pella dealer, to the manager who measured and ordered the windows, and scheduled the project. Likewise, the crew who installed on exactly the dates and times scheduled were accommodating, professional, and adept at cleanup after installation. The project went exactly as advertised, and the results are fabulous. I intend to return to this company for other home improvement projects in the future.

When they came to start the demo, my wife was concerned that there would be dust all over. However, they built an "enclosure" with plastic and scaffolding that kept all the construction dust to the immediate area. All work was completed within 4 work days, except for the final stucco application on the outside area, given drying time before painting. All calls, all questions, were answered within an hour, and all the workers were polite, and friendly. When they left, it was hard to believe that any actual construction took place in the house.
