The gentlemen were professional, courteous, and knowledgable. They did a great job. Only less than positive comment is "I wish they would have washed the window sills after finishing the job". Other than that an A+ job.

Highly recommended! We had our 25+ yr front windows replaced with Milgard Tuscany series windows which included difficult-to-make arch top picture windows. Initial consultations were quick, easy and efficient. Project manager and coordinators were very knowledgeable and helpful with suggestions. Project scheduler also kept us well informed and worked diligently to work within our time constraints. Installation was completed within a day (4 large windows), and stucco repair completed shortly thereafter. Again, crews were very professional and kept us informed of their progress. We will use OpenEnclose again as we continue to replace the remaining windows.

The entire process went very smoothly. Once work began, it took 2 days to complete. The windows are amazing. The heat gain from the new windows is a fraction of what it was previously.

I like the friendly, courteous customer service, the prompt response, the honest assessment by the representative who came to measure the windows, the reasonable price and the professional installation by the technicians. The technicians were thorough in the removal of the old glass and installation of the new glass and made sure the area around the windows were free of debris.

First of all, your installers are extremely skilled. I have an old adobe house, which presents considerably challenges. They are up for anything, obviously. They are so good at what they do that they could install flat doors in a round house, in my opinion. They were so professional and nice to deal with, too, very careful with my house & my possessions. You must be very proud to have such skilled people on your team. Okay, now for the doors. They are spectacular. The construction is perfect, the wood grain is gorgeous, the stain job is utterly perfect. I really should not have waited so long to purchase these. They are more beautiful than I even imagined. In in an old burnt adobe house like mine with wood beamed ceilings, they look like they have been there forever. Steve, who did the measurements and helped me pick out the wood, made a flawless recommendation in the stain color, so glad I listened to him. And my house even smells really nice with the scent of wood...I know that won't last but every time I walk into my house, the scent greets me first and then I see the doors and all I can do is smile. Now I need to upgrade everything else in my home to match these doors! You really know your business and I would, with no hesitation, recommend your company to anyone at any time.

It went really well. One window broke upon loading it onto the truck in the morning, but they quickly re-ordered it. (They called today to tell us it is here and ready for install already). The other 5 windows went in easily. They came out the next week to finish the work on the outside. They look great. The crew cleaned everything up nicely, too.

Had a defective window and despite 4 attempts to resolve they now state it’s not their problem....it’s the manufacturers and talk to them. Lead salesman, Jared, said the most they would do is remove the window and cover it with plastic.

Installation went smoothly, quickly and efficiently, done by Jason Libby and Andrew Craig, both of whom clearly take pride in their work. Timely responsiveness to my queries and professionalism of the office staff much appreciated. I have not purchased Milguard products before, but time will tell as to how well they perform in rural southern Arizona. I would use Open Enclose again on any future project.

This company was very professional and efficient. They worked with my contractor as I needed the entire window frame reconstructed due to damage caused by L.H.Roofing. The custom window was exactly as I requested, delivered and installed timely as promised.

The installers Brandon and Jacob did a great job with the install, they were very prompt and professional. I will definitely be using OpenEnclose again!

Great service! Had to replace a dozen windows on a house we were selling and had only a week or so to closing. We had used them before to replace just a couple windows and were very satisfied with their work, so we called them once we knew we had to have windows replaced. They were highly responsive to my request for them to come out and provide a quote. Also they were quite helpful and patient as negotiations with the buyer continued. Ultimately we closed and they completed the work for the new owner after closing after we paid the cost of replacements.

Prompt, work was performed very quickly and workers cleaned up after themselves.

Wonderful! A sales rep. was able to come out the same day I called. He was very knowledgeable and understood my situation. I was deciding whether to fix it, replace it, or have the sliding door removed entirely and replaced with a normal door. After deciding to fix the existing door first, the sales rep. gave me a written quote and with half down, I had an appointment scheduled for the next morning. Two employees arrived on time the next morning and they like the sales rep. called in advance of their arrival. They were very friendly and showed me what was broken (the rollers were bad, one was completely broken). They replaced the rollers, adjusted the rollers, and cleaned the track. The door now functions like new. I think it works better than the day we bought the house. The price was a little high, but was worth it when compared to the price of replacing the entire door plus the excellent prompt service I had received. THANK YOU!

Great! The new panes look fantastic. I will use them again to replace some plain glass on a bathroom window to some obscure glass.

Terrible. It took more than two months for them to get the balances in. Their communication was dreadful until we complained, then they called with regular updates. On our second item: They came out, took measurements, and we still haven't heard back from them. It's been a few weeks now. We are VERY disappointed. If you can get them to respond to you, it looks like they do good work, but we are going to go

They're ok. I've used them in the past. There's not many door guys that I know. They dropped the ball when they gave the estimate. One of the guys quit. They could have fixed it all in one try. They had to come back repeatedly. They weren't very responsive when I asked them to give me a quote. They were punctual when they finally found my quote.

After getting several estimates, we felt we were most comfortable with Open Enclose - mostly because we felt we could trust Jared Wright, the sales manager, who came out to give us an estimate. He did not give us a "hard sales pitch" - we did not have to "sign that day" ! There was no "game playing" - just honest dialogue and recommendations based on our needs. Everyone we dealt with at Open Enclose has been professional and responsive to our needs. Steven Meyer, the project manager, spent the time needed to answer all of our questions, the installers did a great job, as did the men who came after to complete the stucco work. We have had a few things that needed to be "tweaked" and Tonya, in the office has been very helpful. The Milgard service people have also been great. We are very happy & extremely satisfied with Open Enclose AND Milgard.

When we saw what a dramatic difference it made when Open Enclose previously replaced two double-pane windows that had been leaking, we quickly decided to replace 20 more windows in rooms where we wanted a clearer view (windows being replaced had a tinted film on the inside, and we hadn't realized how much they diminished the view until we'd had untinted windows installed). Before we had a view. Now we have a VIEW! On top of that, we can get much better pictures of our local wildlife (think bobcats and javelinas) through the new windows than we could with the old windows. Eric and Tristan are skilled installers. Turned out that two of the windows had been mis-measured, so they had to return nine days later to complete the job. Because we had a sliding door that wasn't working very smoothly, the installers gave it a tune-up at no extra charge because of the size of our window order. That's nice.

Very well, once I understood how the sliding glass door lock system works.

I am not the easiest person to work with and am very picky. I told Don what I wanted (and changed my mind many times) and he worked patiently with me. They came out exactly as I wanted! I am very happy with the quality and workmanship! I have received many compliments with our new kitchen remodel!! We are thinking about adding a wine cabinet, and will be calling Don to do the job.

They did miss a window that had lost it's seal. So I had 5 windows replaced and I should have had 6 cause I have one that's very bad.
