After checking the reviews on Angie's List I only sought one bid. Austin Fox looked at the problem on January 27, 2017, measured the two 34" x 76" windows that needed to be replaced, and took a great amount of time to explain how this kind of window works (we had never had double-paned windows before) and how easily they could be replaced in the existing frames without damaging the stucco. Austin clearly knows his stuff: he determined that the replacement glass had to be tempered because of their location, and we agreed that they should be argon filled. On the scheduled installation day, installers Eric and Ryan called to ask if it would be okay if they arrived early! Not a problem. Installation was quick, efficient, and expertly done; within about two hours the job was done and cleaned up, and we now have two new, very clean, very clear, moisture free windows. Thanks for a job well done. And thanks for the 10% Angie's List discount!

Well. They do great work, but they are pricey.

TJ came out to give me an estimate of what it would cost to repair an old aluminum slider (1976). He ended up spending a lot of time here taking window apart to see what part I might need to order. He didn't find a part to order but he fixed up the window so it would work much better than it did. He showed me how I might even be able to make it better, how to take the part off and put it back on, exactly what it is that I need. I would have paid for the time and trouble he went to but there was no charge. Sometime in the future when and if I want to replace this old window I will surely put this company at the top of my list. I was very much impressed with the professionalism, service. and knowledge that was displayed and doubt that it could easily be matched. Thank you TJ and OpenEnclose!

The did a super good job. We have stucco on the side of the house and after they put the windows in they re-did the stucco to blend in with the existing stucco so we are real happy with them. The workers were all good, motivated and respectful of our shrubs and plants. They put tarps down. When they worked on one room they taped off plastic so dust wouldn't go in other room. They had to order the windows from the manufacturer so scheduling was based around when windows could get in from the manufacturer, but that wasn't a problem because we are retired.

The pricing was high. They were professional when they came and they were very friendly. They did get back to me quickly with the estimate but the pricing was too high. If the price went down I would use the again. The only real issue was the pricing.

Jared was the most knowledgeable of the people who came to quote my project. Some unexpected things came up so I had to postpone my work, but I am looking forward to working with Jared in the future.

Called them for details, coupon on Angies List. What we wanted is a service. Very little parts involved. They would only do it if we prepaid, with or without coupon. And there would be a one month lead time for that. I have never, ever prepaid for a service only purchase. This is outrageous. Angies List should drop them.

An excellent experience! I was impressed with the professionalism of Jared who arranged for the proper windows and doors and Steve who followed up with the exact measurements and details. The work crews who installed the windows and doors were professional as well as friendly. The lead installer, Gary Gilmore and his crew - Josh, Blake and the rest of the crew showed up on time, did an excellent job of installing the windows and cleaned up after they were finished. In fact, the yard was cleaner when they left than it had been when they started. The stucco crew headed by Raphael were just as professional as the others. You couldn't tell, except for the new stucco that any work had been done. I should also recommended their office support - Tanya helped me out answering questions I had. I highly recommend this company!

This is a quality operation. Upon initial contact, they sent out an estimator to get a idea of what the job would entail. This gentleman was professional and indicated that another gentleman would come out to do final measurements and schedule the work if we selected them. Their bid was in the ballpark with another company. Upon selecting them, the second gentleman came out and took careful measurements. He provided advice on windows that a prior owner had already replace, pointing out some potential issued due to an installation technique that he does not recommend. The day of the scheduled work, the crew arrived right on time. They were friendly and professional from the start, the lead installer provided us with his card and explained what would be done. He and his partner went right to work and were careful in removing blinds and the old windows. In installing the new windows, they were careful to make sure things were done right. After the windows were installed, the office scheduled another worker to come and finish the stucco around the newly installed windows. He, too, arrived right on time and went to work. All workers took pride in their work. The lead installer made it clear that he took his job seriously without having to say so. The office staff was very friendly and very accommodating in regard to email paid invoice receipts. Suffice it to say, a pleasure working with this company. (We had done a similar window replacement in another home and feel that Open Enclose is well worthy of the top Angie's List ratings it has received.)

We will have them replaced in January but the pre-work went really well. They came out and measure multiple times, took a window out to be sure they were ordering the right products and were very professional. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

They showed up and took measurements, had the window manufactured with the right tint and installed the window about 3 weeks later. The guys who came were on time, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. It took 2-3 hours to remove the old window and replace the new. They did a good job on removing the framing and replacing it so no great amount of repainting was necessary After replacing the broken window they "toe sealed" that window and all my other window on the exterior side. This I paid extra for but the two technicians did a great job and we were pleased with their work.

Open Enclose people were terrific. But several of the windows delivered by Milgard were defective, and, after an initial August installation, all of our problems have not yet been resolved. The Open Enclose workers did their best, but the procedure was much more long and drawn out than we ever anticipated. Now on a stucco home, some settling does take place over time, so there may well have been structural issues that caused some of the problems. And the Milgard people have come around, replaced windows that did not work, replaced screens that were defective, but we are still working on getting the correct trim strips that surround most of our windows. The windows themselves are excellent, and I am so glad we replaced a couple sliders with picture windows!

The staff at this company is always pleasant. We had Justin out to install a front door for us. He was on time and professional and cleaned up everything in the entryway when he left. He worked hard until the job was complete. We would definitely use them again.

Excellent experience. Great communication and professionalism. High quality work and attention to detail. Even with a change in order they were able to move up my install date.

One window in Master bed room - the left balancer broke. Open Enclose handled efficiently and expertly.

There was just a little bit of communications problems about what was happening when. Nothing bad. Most of it is good. They were thorough. Relatively quick all things considered. Flexible. The product is great, the service is good. Didn't quite get around to cleaning the windows as well as I think they should have. They just gave me cans of window cleaner.

Open Enclose removed and replaced two leaking windows from our home. The entire process from the estimate through installation and stucco repairs was very smooth. All the company reps were helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. This is the second time I have used them for window replacement...and I'll be calling them first if I need to get additional replacements. I don't think you'll be disappointed in the quality or service provided by Open Enclose.

The salesman and installers showed up when they said they would. They were very professional. I got estimates from four different companies. Openenclose were by far the most knowledgable and answered all of my questions. They were the only window installers that offered to replace my windows so that you cannot tell they were replaced. This way of replacing windows requires more work with stucco repair, but it gives you an original window look with more glass. They look great! The only issue we had was one window arrived from Milgard with a blemish. It was rejected by Openenclose. This created a delay, but this was a Milgard issue. I thank Openenclose for not accepting a defective window.

We chose Open Enclose after talking with and obtaining bids from 4 different contractors. We were impressed with thier professionalism and knowledge they had about the job. They respected the fact that we wanted to remain historically correct and worked to ensure that all of our concerns were taken care of. They were flexible and were very willing to work with our schedule, knowing we wanted to be present when the install was done. Communication was very good, the workers were extremely professional, and were meticulous in their clean-up and attention to detail everyday. There were issues with two of the windows, but they quickly identified the issues, discussed the solutions with us and figured out how to make it right- once again taking into consideration we don't live in Tucson full-time. They were great to work with every step of the way and we would recommend them highly for any window and door project. They are an organization committed to ensuring the customer is satisfied- which is easy for them to do considering the high standards they hold as an organization. The project turned out beautifully and we couldn't be happier.

Excellent service. Always showed up when they were to do so and on time. Great friendly and helpful team. Much work done and now that all the painting is done no one would ever know anything had been replaced. Repainted stucco to match old so no evidence of work.
