Description of Work: We had OpenEnclose replace a sliding glass door and our front entry door. We are very happy with the products, the process, and the installation. Our front door was in very bad shape, and the original wall shape was weird to work with but they did a fantastic job making it look better than new!

Description of Work: Sales person was good. However, we never were contacted by the home office. We had to call them after several weeks of waiting on glass and installation date. They were to get back with us and never did. We had to call again and insist on being treated like a customer. The installation team and product was good. Their understanding of communicating with the customer non-existence.

Description of Work: Excellent service. No hard sell techniques, more than competent installers who were on time and efficient. Calls to the office were met by friendly, helpful staff. We have four more windows to replace so I will be calling them again.

Description of Work: We asked the company to come to our home to look at window locks that had broken. We were unable to determine the manufacturer and thought this company could help. Rick, the sales manager, came out and reviewed the locks. He took photos so that he could match the locks to the manufacturer, order new locks, and return to install them. After some initial miscommunication, he was able to find the appropriate locks and install them. We are very pleased with their work and commitment to excellence.
