Northwest Exterminating

We have been very happy with them. They are usually on time. If they aren't going to be on time, they will call to let us know. We have been with them for eleven years. They had some problems the first few years, and they wouldn't service the backyard when we weren't home. Now, they provide all the services we need.

I use them regularly. I’ve been pleased with them. They are effective. They just spray and I don’t have bugs. Overall, they are excellent. Their price is very good. Their responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism is excellent. I would continue to use them in the future.

They are good. They do a thorough job.

I have an annual contract with them. They do pack rats if there is a pack rat nest and I have mentioned it in the contract. If they do not prevent and detect, they pay for the removal.

We bought our house brand new and immediately had problems with crickets. I got the recommendation from the saleslady, she gave me two names, I used the other one once but I didn't like the people who came so I switched to Northwest. I've been delighted with them. They have turnover of technicians, and every once in a while someone will come out and track dirt on my white carpet, and I'll be unhappy for a month. All you have to do is phone, and they will have a talk with that technician, or else they will send somebody else. So I don't want to say that they send out careless workers, but if they do they quickly correct it.

I recently noticed some new termite tubes and phoned Northwest to have them come out to treat, per the terms of my policy. They indicated it would take nearly five weeks to come out, "because it's termite season." I have subsequently contacted some other companies who have indicated that it does take longer to respond during termite season...say up to seven days. That's a far cry from four to five weeks. I will not renew my contract with Northwest and am actively seeking another company to provide me with termite coverage.

They do a good job. They have great service and I will continue to use them.

I have used NW for a number of years. Their service is excellent.

Delightful, friendly bee destroyer came within 2 hours of my call. He explained everything, made me go inside before he began work (and he looked great in his bee defense outfit, too!).

I AM OVER JOYED WITH THE WAY MY NEW PLANTS AND SHRUBS LOOK. I ALSO HAD THEM DO A LITTLE UPGRADING AROUND SOME OTHER AREAS IN MY YARD. THEY DO SUCH A GREAT JOB.

WHEN THE COMPANY CAME OUT THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIBLE WITH DOING THEIR JOB. THEY WORKED IN A TIMELY MANNER AND ANSWERED ALL THE QUESTIONS THAT I HAD FOR THEM.

I LIKE WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY COME OUT WHEN THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO. I HAVE TRIED OTHER COMPANIES AND THEY JUST DO NOT SHOW UP ON TIME. THEY ARE VERY RESPECTFUL WHEN THEY ARE OUT TO MY HOME I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

I ASKED THEM TO CALL AND LET ME KNOW IF THEY ARE RUNNING LATE, THEY RAN LATE ONCE AND THEY DID CALL ME TO LET ME KNOW AHEAD OF TIME. THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL, THEIR PRICES ARE FAIR .

THE PROFESSIONALISM OF THIS COMPANY WAS FANTASTIC. WE LIKED THE FACT THAT THEY GOT RID OF THE BUGS. NOW WHEN WE GO OUTSIDE AND SIT WE DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT GETTING BUG BITES. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

I THINK THAT THIS COMPANY IS VERY NICE WHEN THEY COME OUT. WE HAVE WORKED WITH THEM FOR ABOUT THREE YEARS AND HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM. ALSO SINCE THEY STARTED WE HAVE NOT HAD A PROBLEM WITH BUGS OR WEEDS.

MY WIFE AND I ARE VERY SATISFIED WITH THEM. OUR LAWN DOESN'T HAVE ANY BUGS SO I GUESS THAT'S A GOOD SIGN. IF WE AREN'T HOME WHEN THEY COME OUT, THEY ALWAYS LEAVE US A NOTE OR SOMETHING THAT LET'S US KNOW THEY WERE THERE.

WE REALLY DO NOT HAVE ANY OPINIONS ON THIS COMPANY. I CAN SAY THAT THEY DO COME OUT AND DO THEIR JOB ON THE DAYS OF THE MONTH THAT THEY ARE SCHEDULED ON. WE ALSO THOUGHT THAT THE PRICE WAS JUST A LITTLE HIGH.

WHEN MY SON HAD CALLED THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL ON THE PHONE. THEY DO A GOOD JOB WHEN THEY COME. I NEVER HAVE TO CALL THEM AND HAVE THEM COME BACK OUT. THEY EXPLAIN WHAT THEY SPRAY FOR.

THEY WERE TERRIBLE, THEY GUARANTEED THAT IT WOULD BE ALL FINISHED WITHIN 3 VISITS, BUT THEY ENDED UP KILLING EVERYTHING IN MY FRONT YARD EXCEPT FOR THE GOPHER. WHEN I ASKED THEM ABOUT IT THEY WERE NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL.

THE PRICE WAS UP TO MY EXPECTATIONS. THE QUALITY OF THE WORK WAS WONDERFUL. THEY COME AND GET RIGHT TO WORK. I CAN NOW SIT OUTSIDE WITH COMPANY AND NOT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT THE BUGS BOTHERING ME.

I HAD A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE WITH THESE PEOPLE EVERY TIME THEY COME OUT. I HAVE NO PROBLEMS WITH PESTS SINCE THEY HAVE BEEN SPRAYING AROUND THE FOUNDATION OF MY HOME. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS.

WHEN MY WIFE HAD CALLED THEY WERE VERY POLITE. THEY WERE VERY UNDERSTANDABLE WITH OUR WORK SCHEDULE, AND THEY CAME OUT WHEN IT WAS GOOD FOR US. THEY EXPLAINED WHAT THEY WERE SPRAYING FOR.

I WILL ONLY USE THIS COMPANY FROM NOW ON. THEY HAVE PROVEN TO BE VERY RELIABLE. I THINK ANY COMPANY THAT WORKS FOR YOU EVERY MONTH SHOULD BE TRUSTED TO SHOW UP AND DO A GOOD JOB WITHOUT HAVING TO STAND OVER THEIR SHOULDERS.

I THINK THEY ARE FABULOUS. I HAVE USED THEM FOR A WHILE AND REALLY LIKE THE WORK THEY DO. THEY GET RID OF THE INSECTS AND DON'T RAISE THEIR PRICES ON ME.

THE THING I LIKE ABOUT THIS COMPANY THE MOST IS THAT THEY ARE ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL AND THEY ARE VERY RESPONSIVE WHEN WE CALL. I AM NOT TOO SURE ABOUT THEIR PRICE BUT I HAVE NOT SHOPPED AROUND MUCH.
