They provided good service. They come when they said they would come. The tech was courteous and polite.

It was excellent. The customer service and friendliness were great. They took care all my needs. They answered my questions.

They were here within 15 minutes. They took care of it very quickly. We were very pleased.

I have been with Northwest Exterminating with an annual termite warranty for many years and have been a long time customer. This warranty been fine as long as there is no activity of termites found inside the home. Their response time for a long time customer when termite tubes are coming out of the walls and floors is non responsive. I am glad my warranty coverage will end soon. I will never do business with Northwest Exterminating again and have to deal with their horrible customer service.

This work was done at my son's home. We were there as our son had to go to work. Todd responded from Northwest Exterminating. He was on time and was neatly dressed. He examined the situation and then explained what he was going to do and what to expect after the service. Todd was extremely efficient and professional in his work. He cleaned up the area and gave us instructions about not having the dog or the children out back for several hours as there may be some stray bees around. Todd also explained how the whole process works and gave us information about bees. We are happy to recommend this company for outstanding work, especially Todd.

I had a pile of weird pellets under my windows and was afraid I had termites. I called Northwest as they have our 5 year termite warranty from the builder. The inspector came out and quickly diagnosed my issue as DRYWOOD TERMITES which they do not cover under the warranty as they are very rare so he gave me a referral. I called out other companies and it turns out it was only CRICKET POOP!

They came out and I didn't have any bees but he charged me his regular fee for coming out. I thought it was going to be cheaper since he didn't do anything but he charged $125 for the work. If I had known it was going to be that simple, I have some bug spray in the house, I could have gone out and sprayed it myself. I hope I don't have anymore bees, but if I do, I will use somebody else. They respond pretty good.

The heat remediation procedure was done the next week on 7/17/2014, the soonest they could schedule us. In the meantime, we were putting all the bedding & soft materials through the dryer & pushing the beds & furniture away from the walls. When the workers showed up to start the procedure (supposed to be from 8:00am till 4:00pm) they started bringing their equipment through the garage & I questioned about the garage being heat treated. I was told, no, the garage would be treated with chemicals. We went to Scottsdale for the day, and when we returned home when the work should be done, the workers were still in the house working, using both heat & chemicals. We were told they weren't done, but would be soon. They ONLY found bedbugs in the one original bedroom & saw 3 run out of the connecting bathroom. We did NOT have them in the whole home as Gabriel had said. When the workers left, the home was super hot so our air conditioning would not work yet. We had to find other accommodations to sleep that night, which if we had known it was going to take so long, we would have scheduled the work on a Friday so it wouldn't inconvenience our work schedules the next day. We started the follow up inspections after the work was done, but Justin (a WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL worker) kept finding at least one dead bed bug in the cups that they put under the bed legs (the bugs would try to climb up but would fall in the cups/interceptors). Justin kept retreating what he thought might be the problem areas where somehow the bugs hadn't been killed completely. After several follow up visits, finally Justin didn't find any more bugs so we began our warranty, which ends today. Despite the misleading info I feel we were given by Gabriel about the location of the bedbugs, I do feel like the heat remediation was the best way to go because it treated the whole house at once, otherwise, I would fear the bedbugs running into the other areas of the home if we only treated the affected room, plus when Justin showed me a dead baby bed bug later, I know we never would have seen those super tiny babies, nor had the energy to go through EVERYTHING in the home, closets, etc, trying to track them down ourselves. Apparently, according to Justin, it's very rare for the bed bugs to be confined to only room basically, plus we caught it almost immediately

Connie came out to do a full treatment of the outside of the house and garage. I was very happy with the service will be using Northwest every quarter.

The tech was courteous kind and extremely thorough. After a year with another company and constant scorpions we switched to NW haven't seen a live one since.

They were very professional and explained everything they were doing. Answered all our questions. Very helpful and punctual.

Everyone and everything was great. I called for a quote, a tech came out the same day, gave me a quote of less than half of what another "A" rated company had and then removed it all. I am extremely happy with this company.

They are friendly, very respectful of the house and competent. I haven’t had any problems.

They give reminder calls before the service and leave a report if there has been activity. If there is termite activity, they take care of it and tell you what they did (rebait traps, spray, etc.). We've had termites make their way into the house twice and Northwest installed traps on the wall that worked. The only problem was we had to make a few calls to get them to come remove them.

Very pleased with the service. Northwest provided pre-construction treatment for my home in 2009, with five-year warranty. The warranty expires soon. Emmanuel did the inspection and discussed options; I chose the Sentricon system. Installation was done by Matt. Both were very professional and courteous. The termite service includes quarterly checks. I've also had Northwest doing quarterly pest control treatment inside/outside my house for several years and have always been pleased with the service. Customer service always calls in advance to remind me of the scheduled visit and the technicians (usually George or Bill) are on-time, friendly and professional. And my home is bug-free!! I highly recommend Northwest Exterminating.

We conversed with provider about the job and his estimate was higher than our desired price range. We decided to go with a different provider.

I can't recommend these guys highly enough. Your search for someone to take care of your bees should stop with these guys. They're outstanding! I had called four or five people before Northwest Exterminating and they were all disasters. From researching on the internet, I figured the job should cost between $250-$350. The first guy quoted me $850, then quickly lowered it to $550 when I wouldn't pay (shady, shady, shady)! The next one wanted $450 just to take the bees and leave the honeycomb. Northwest quoted me a price of around $250. They performed the service very fast. The communication was excellent. I kept expecting some big surprise that was going to jack up the price, but that never happened. They removed thousands of Africanized bees and 100 gallons of honeycomb for $250! I couldn't be happier with their service. I hope I never have to have bees removed again, but I would definitely call NW Exterminating.

After I noticed bees coming out of the light cans in my kitchen's ceiling, Northwest Exterminating sent out a bee removal specialist. The technician was prompt, efficient, and courteous. He checked and treated the attic, and determined the bees were only scouts and gained access to the attic above the kitchen because a passive vent was missing mesh to keep bugs out. He advised that if the scouts had already reported back, a swarm could appear later in the day, in which case I should call back and they would come to remove them. No swarm appeared, and I subsequently installed mesh to keep bees and other animals out in future.

I have been using them for years. They are always very professional, on time and nice.

The bee removal was prompt and professional - response time was no more than a couple of hrs, probably less. Used this company as they were local, had good reviews and could respond quickly as bee nest was near house and yard where there were dogs. As a result of the bee removal service we asked Northwest for estimate for termite contract. We were very unhappy with the in-personnal service being provided to us by Terminix, a company that bought up our previous provider, a small local company. Annual inspections were always at their convenience and after they called 2 hrs after they were due to show up to cancel we had to find a new provider. Northwest was helpful to set up an appointment and staff on the phones were helpful and professional. Best of all they are a local company an deserve our business.

They have done a great job and I haven't seen any scorpions since they have been here.

We have been using them for several years, because of my concept that less chemical stuff, less risk on your health. They show up on time under their contract. I think, they come every other month, and check around outside the house. We've had some termites inside the house that has shown up, but we have no idea where it came from. We only bought the house four years ago, so I don't know what termite might have been inside the house before that. On the other hand, they were extremely responsive. Anytime we would call, they would come out immediately. The technicians seemed very knowledgeable, and they are very easy to work with and talk to when we have an issue. We are very happy with them at this point. We're just wondering whether that system is actually effective, but the company itself is great. Their contract price seems very reasonable for the service. They come and do their service even if we are not there. Their service seems effective, and again, their technician seems great. They all seemed very competent.
